Marmaduke is a big goofy lovebug! He adores children and other dogs. He is very curious about cats and chickens and is probably best in a home without those (or where he can be separated from them). He is only about 1 year old and has been in rescue all his life. He had a medical issue as a puppy that required surgery and he is completely healed from that. He will do best in a home with a secure fenced yard, another dog or dogs to play with that are not tiny since he's so big, and respectful animal-loving children that will love him as much as he loves them. If you are interested in Marmaduke, please fill out an application at our website: forrescue.net He is fostered in the Huntsville, AL area and could be available for transport but transport fees are on top of the adoption fee.

If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who’s happiest curled up beside you or tagging along for your daily adventures, I might just be your perfect match. I’m 52 pounds of devotion—housebroken, friendly with kids and other dogs, and fully vetted, with current shots and a clean bill of health. I’m spayed and heartworm negative, so I’m ready to go! People are my absolute favorite, and I’ll soak up all the attention you have to give. A cozy couch, a warm lap, and endless belly rubs? Sign me up! But here’s the deal—I’m **not** the right fit for a home with cats, small dogs, or other tiny creatures. I’m currently in Luttrell, TN, but I can travel to meet my perfect human—just keep in mind there’s a transport fee. She has been with us over 4-years.
