This gorgeous girl was dumped out on a county road to fend for herself. Thankfully we were able to save her. She is a darling girl of only about 35lb and is a gorgeous chocolate with white front socks. How cute is that! We think she is an Aussie mixed with something like Brittany or Husky. She lives with girls and boys of various sizes and ages and is just about perfect! This is LG. The sweet boy was born feral and had to be trapped to be saved off the streets. He is fully vaccinated and neutered. It took LG a little while to warm up to people but he is on his way. He now walks on the leash and is trusting people, much due to the work of our volunteers. LG is Kacina's brother and is looking for a loving family that will provide him the love he so desperately deserves. Lydia is a fantastic, very young dog who is doing great in my home. I rescued her from a city shelter. She is great with my dogs. She is house and crate trained, knows basic commands, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all her shots. Walks well on a leash. I would love to see her with a young adult or couple that is active. She would make a great jogging/walking partner. I am in a rural area and would love to see Lydia in area where she can be more socialized. She loves playing with my dogs. She definitely needs a yard. I hope someone will see the potential in her, she is worth it! A wonderful dog and companion!

Meet Sundae &#194&#150 a 2 year old female Aussie/Catahoula mix that weighs approx. 56Lbs. Sundae is a sweet, sensitive girl who is ready for a fresh start. She can be shy at first and may startle easily in new environments, but with a little patience she quickly builds trust and becomes an affectionate love bug. Once she feels safe, Sundae absolutely adores belly rubs and will happily soak up all the pets and attention you can give. She walks nicely on a leash and has good leash manners, making her a wonderful companion for calm neighborhood strolls. Sundae would do best in a home with children 13 years and older or in an adult-only household where she can feel secure. She is not currently comfortable around other dogs, though the shelter environment may be contributing to that stress, so a meet and greet is required if another dog is in the home prior to adopting her. Her adoption fee is $125. She is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies vaccine, basic boosters, and heartworm negative.
