Story

Flora is a fantastic little 50lb cuddle buddy and all around fun gal. She has cartoon features with such an expressive face! She loves walks, treats, and naps on the couch with you. She is used to sleeping in our bed until recently, but does very well in her crate since we started having her there at night. She has been perfect with our cats and is mostly house trained with the rare accident. She can burn off alot of energy at times- her zoomies may knock over small children! Bigger kids would probably be a better fit. Our other dog is unfortunately dealing with some significant anxiety issues so ,for Flora's safety and for our other dog's successful treatment, we are looking to help Flora find the peace and happiness she deserves. Given her negative experience with our other dog, I would be very cautious with her around others dogs initially, though i think she'd really love to be the only dog in the home.

Howdy! My name is Blu! I am a Handsome , 9 year old bulldog mix . I am fully vetted and potty trained. I am not only smart but active & I love to go for walks, explore! I have alot of energy for my age so you will get your steps in for sure! I LOVE LOVE to just snuggle & am always ready to watch movies or share dinner ! I will chase a ball & will entertain you with my witty personality! I walk well on a leash, knows "sit" "stay" "wait" "back" and "down" "leave it". I wait to go out of the house and come back in. He loves to watch the world go by out the window. He needs a 6' fence so he can zoom. I love humans & I dont mind older children (over 15 )who are respectful. I definetely need a home committed to giving me exercise! I loves hiking, walking, & I sleep very well when worn out at the end of the day! PS I do love to nap in the sun too! I sometimes have anxiety if I do not get the daily exercise so please know I will settle in with an active lifestyle.. I even have my very own trainer to help me acclimate to my new home!!!

This regal queen is Pearl. Pearl is a little over four years old and full of wiggles. Pearl is a good mix of playful and wanting sit on her throne of a couch. Pearl would not enjoy living with cats because they scare her. While with us, Pearl has shown some resource guarding, which may or may not show up in the home. Because of that, Pearl would do best with kids who are old enough to respect her space and rule as their Queen. Pearl has lived with a dog in the past but would still need to met any dogs that live in the house. She may also need to always be feed separate from them.
