Soft, warm, and wrapped with love, THAT is everything we LOVE about our Tamale.Still pretty new to his new life, but already a bona fide lover boi who we know is ALL bulldog when his foster mama describes him like this: "He currently doesnt have a good grasp on boundaries. He thinks everyone should be greeted by him climbing into their lap."Hes just a super happy guy with the cutest sploot who's practicing to be a professional shadow. We are daily filled with shock and awe at the capacity for cruelty that humans have and the strength of spirit of our dogs, as well as their capacity to love. We'll spare you the broken record story that WAS Dovie's life.You can check her story out HERE. What matters now is that Dovie's now is filled with love, yummy snackos, scritches, and ALL the A/C.She has all the soft spots to rest, and she has nothing but love for everyone she meets. Her EPIC foster mama thinks her IDEAL home would match the following Dovie criteria: A single-family home with no stairs. She's totally fine if they work away from home. She's pretty chill and self-reliant. Cats are okay (she has had no reaction to them). She 100% needs someone who can keep up with her grooming daily (ideally an experienced bull family member or someone 100% willing to learn and stay in touch with our team for check-ups and check-ins). She's excellent at taking small, short walks (in her buggy, she says walking is for humans!). Dovie is fighting fit and showing us a little more of the silly, delicious girl she really is every day. She has truly blossomed into the sweetest soul. Every day her gentle, affectionate personality shines brighter - she's a loyal shadow and a total cuddle bug when it's time to unwind. She truly is Bulldog perfection. We cannot wait to see her settled with her perfect family (and, we are ALL going to be so, so jealous of them!). Now that that's out of the way, we can tell you that never before has one sweet little pup so proven to us the healing power of love.With the epic care of her Foster and a medical team willing to fight for her and think outside the box, this little girl has a new lease on life and a fluffy, silky soft new coat to show for it! Enid is all fun, sassy, silly puppy and is going to give anyone a run for their money AND, as a bonus, once she settles and has her household running according to her wishes (bulldogs gonna bulldog) she will happily spend some quality couch potato time with her humans!
