Hi! My name is Cool Hand Luke. Well ok, it’s just Luke, but I am cool and a joy to be around, if I say so myself !
I adore my humans, will lap up all the attention, hugs and kisses and give you unconditional love. I like other dogs, prefer ones my own size and energy level, calmer the better and respect my personal space, know boundaries. I'm not a huge fan of feathered friends, farm animals or cats, they kinda freak me out. I would be okay as an only child too because all I really need is a family to love forever, good times or bad. I'm super loyal, will always have your back and I’m a GREAT listener!
I also enjoy movie night' or lounging quietly reading a book (okay I really can’t read), and will even indulge you playing dress up, yep I’ll wear the hat & shirt you bought just for me! Anything for you. Once overhead the comment “he could easily become a mama’s boy”,
I may look like a tough guy but give me a few minutes and will melt anyone heart, well maybe not the cat! I enjoy any outing to see new places and make new friends, so count me in, going for car rides and walks one of my favorites.
I’m a good boy with proven home skills and will be a loving companion. My ideal home will be with dog savvy people to keep me centered in a calm, firm way and have a solid daily routine providing enrichment and exercise. I'm 8-years-young with bunches of snuggles, car rides, hikes and adventures to make memories with a family!
