Meet Tallulah – A True Survivor Searching for Her Safe Place If you have been following our journey, you may remember Tallulah—the beautiful mama dog we found eating trash by the side of the road. When we approached her, she did not run. Instead, with extraordinary trust and heart, she led us straight to her hidden babies. Because of Tallulah’s courage and gentle spirit, we were able to save her entire little family. Now, it is Tallulah’s turn to be cared for. This sweet, soulful girl has recently been diagnosed with heartworm and is also healing from a painful ear infection. She is looking for a foster-to-adopt home where she can rest, recover, and finally receive the unconditional love she has always given so freely to others. Tallulah is dog-friendly, wonderful with children and all humans, and the definition of a gentle, affectionate companion. She loves to snuggle, play, and simply be close to the people she trusts. After everything she has endured, Tallulah deserves a soft place to land—a quiet, loving home where she can heal and be reminded that she is safe. Her current foster can no longer keep her, and we are urgently searching for someone willing to step in and offer Tallulah the second chance she so deeply deserves. Kimchi came to us when his owner went to prison. He was a very confused boy at first, but is now excited and fun! Kimchi loves toys! Stuffies, things with squeekers, chew bones, he loves them all! Kimchi would love an intimate household, with one or two people he could shower with love. He does well in his kennel, and loves yard time. Kimchi is pretty potty trained. Meet Fozzy Fozzy’s story is one of resilience, patience, and heart. He has been with us since 2023, and when he first arrived, life was overwhelming. Human touch made him nervous, other dogs confused him, and the shelter environment was simply too much. With time, patience, and plenty of love, Fozzy has grown into a dog who is finally ready for his next chapter. He is about three years old, up to date on all of his medical care, and has discovered a deep love for toys—anything he sees quickly becomes his new favorite. While he can enjoy playtime with other dogs, he does best when he does not have to share his toys or his personal space. Fozzy is short, stocky, a little goofy, and full of love. He is still learning, but he has already proven just how resilient and adaptable he can be. After everything he has been through, he is truly a diamond in the rough, and we know the right family or foster is out there waiting to give him the safe and loving home he deserves. Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health.
