Zoe and Rusty were stray dogs running on a highway near Raymond, MS. After owners were unable to be located they were placed up for adoption. Zoe is a very gentle and smart dog. She is very good on a leash and knows the sit and heel commands. Zoe and Rusty seem to be heavily bonded. They are both super sweet dogs. Zoe is more laid back, and Rusty is a typical lab - very playful!! Zoe and Rusty are in Mississippi, and the adoption fee includes transportation to you. Citrus was living alone in an abandoned house with no doors or windows. We trapped her, and she got very upset. Citrus was growling for many many days, and did not allow any handling. She finally came around to trust us, and is now a loving sweetheart. Citrus wants an understanding foster-to-adopt home, who wants to baby her. She is estimated to be 2-4 years old, and a mix between English Bulldog and Boxer. Citrus has a classic cautious and disapproving yet personable English Bulldog personality, and the silly play style of a Boxer. We are looking for a household without children for Citrus. Leashed walks are fine, she does not require a fenced in yard. Citrus has dog friends at the shelter - but incorporating her into a home dynamic with other dogs will take weeks.
