Dixie is such a sweetheart of a dog that's been waiting for nearly a year now for a great home. We've known Dixie since the day she was born! That was back in 2019 when her mom came to us from a sad situation and gave birth a few days later. Dixie was adopted quickly and had a good home for over three years but sadly, an altercation with another animal caused her to come back to us. Dixie is 4 1/2 years old now and aside from her needing the pet-free home, she is the perfect pet! She's so well-behaved and ladylike! She's housebroken, she walks well on a leash, she is so gentle with taking anything you give her, and she's playful and silly too. She bonds with people quickly and will be your most loving and loyal friend forever if you'll just give her the chance. Call 609-693-1900 or email: office@ahsppz.org for an application.
