My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! I'm Mork!

I am ready for adoption!

I know, it's a weird name, but my foster family said since I came equipped with white suspenders and I'm a little bit goofy it fits.

I am a big, sweet, goofy boy. I love to play with my siblings and putter around doing my own thing too. I am definitely a puppy that will make you laugh when I try to jump on something and can't quite get up. I guess I get the name a little, I do sort of bring a little physical comedy to the litter....

I may be one of the bigger boys in this litter when I grow up, but my mom is only 55lbs so I probably won't be HUGE. I definitely give big floofy boi vibes but that's mostly attitude and an excess of skin.

I am super soft and snuggly and I love to come over and get some pets and give some kisses when I need a break from playing with my sibs.

I love other dogs and have been respectful and gentle so I could probably be good with cats and kids too.

I can't wait to meet you!

Come on ... call or text Deb to meet me. 928-853-1046

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in one of our animals, please fill out an adoption application, located on our web site here: http://tubacityhumanesociety.org/adoptions/ . There is more information about our adoption process, including our adoption fees, on that page. In general, fill out an adoption application, and then photo or scan it to our email at tubacityhumane@gmail.com, and that enables us to start a conversation with you. From there, the foster would usually set up a meet and greet with the animal you are interested in. We like all family members to meet the animal, and any other pets as well. We do require a home check. Adoption fees do not cover our veterinary cost, but do help us to continue our work. All animals are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Most animals are also microchipped.

Go meet their pets

Arrangements can usually be made to meet most of our adoptable animals in Flagstaff. The process starts by filling out an application and returning it to to us through email. Some animals are fostered in Tuba City or other locations. We do attend some adoption events in Flagstaff.

More about this rescue

We are a small rescue/foster group located in Tuba City, AZ, on the western Navajo Nation. We do not have a facility. We have two main programs: rescue of homeless animals in need, and a low-cost spay/neuter program for the public. We rely on donations to continue our work.
