Meet Xander! This 7-month-old cutie appears to be a corgi, basset or doxie mix with short stumpy legs and a pittie face. Not too big, not too small. He is the perfect size, weighing approximately 40 lbs. It’s hard to get good photos of him because he is so happy and wiggly, but take our word for it, he is absolutely adorable!  This special little guy was found tied to a park bench with a note from his previous owner saying they were homeless and needed to find their pup a new home. Despite an unsteady beginning, Xander is an absolute sweetheart who loves everyone he meets (and everyone loves him!). He also gets along with other dogs. He would make a great addition to just about any family with a lot of love to give.   Xander is doing beautifully with crate-training and housebreaking but is a young boy who will require continued training. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee of $350 helps offset the cost of medical expenses.
