Story
In a world where everyone is always in such a rush, I prefer to take my time and savor every moment. I believe slow and steady wins the race, and that`s why I`m not one to rush into anything. But don`t let my laid-back attitude fool you - once I get to know you, I can be the most loving and loyal companion you`ve ever met.One of my favorite things to do is go for walks that lead to new smells and adventures. It`s like every step is a new opportunity to explore the world and discover something new. And if you really want to get my attention, just bring along some tasty treats. I can`t resist a good snack!Believe it or not, I`m a lot smaller than you might think. But what I lack in size, I make up for in heart. And when it comes to riding in a car, I`m an absolute pro. I love feeling the wind in my fur and watching the world go by outside.Ask anyone who knows me and they`ll tell you what a good boy I am. I walk beautifully on a leash and always listen to the humans that I know and trust. I may be slow and steady, but I`m also reliable and trustworthy - a true friend for life. So why not take a chance on me and let me show you what a wonderful companion I can be?

Story
Delta, Looking at her pictures, you'd never know she came in looking like a train wreck. This poor dog lived on the streets for years and she sure looked it when she came in. Those days are behind her now and she is ready to roll on to the next chapter. Delta is a around 6 yrs old and weighs close to 50 lbs and she is very true to her breed. She is a stubborn Basset Hound who will keep you laughing every day. We enjoy her antics around here and love watching her and her boyfriend Mack play. Delta was treated for heartworms and is currently being treated for Chagas disease. Don't let that worry you.... she is doing great and strong as a bull. She is doing great on treatment! She gets along best with male dogs but can coexisit with male or female if its the right dog.
Every dog adopted through Tracy’s Paws receives: • Chagas, heartworm, and tick testing (when age-appropriate) • All core vaccines (age-appropriate) • Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives • Regular Deworming • Spay/neuter surgery • Microchip

Breed listings are our best guess, based on appearance.

Story
Inspector Gadget is officially on the case, and the case is everything! With his low-slung basset body and nose locked in detective mode, he’s always scoping out the scene, following any scents, and uncovering highly suspicious crumbs. So far? Not a single “incident” in the house (a true professional). When it comes to food, he operates like a top-tier vacuum—efficient, thorough, and highly motivated—so regaining his weight is basically a closed case. Off duty, Gadget reveals his softer side: certified lover boy, full-time lap snuggler, and heart-melter extraordinaire. Whether it’s a pop-up event or a dinner party, he handles every social assignment with charm and composure. He is beloved by kids, cats, dogs, and basically anyone lucky enough to cross his path. Inspector Gadget: part detective, part cuddle bug, all good boy. Apply to adopt! Watch my video!

Story
Meet this resilient trio—three hounds who arrived right when they needed us most. They came in feeling sick, but never stopped fighting. Thanks to the incredible care and dedication of our lead technician, Kayla, and Dr. Duncan, these pups are now happy, healing, and ready for their next chapter. These three are a lovable mix of Basset Hound and Beagle—meaning you get the best of both worlds. From the Basset side, expect calm, affectionate companions who are loyal, emotionally steady, and happy to follow you from room to room at their own leisurely pace. From the Beagle side comes the fun: expressive personalities, curious noses, playful energy, and a love for adventure (and food!). Daily walks, mental stimulation, and a secure yard will help them thrive. Samantha is the group’s chaos coordinator—pure joy with absolutely no brakes, always in the middle of the fun with her tail wagging nonstop. She turns every moment into an adventure, bringing loud, unpredictable, and endlessly entertaining energy wherever she goes. After everything they’ve been through, these three are more than ready for forever homes filled with love, laughter, cuddles, and plenty of belly rubs. Apply to adopt and give one of these amazing pups the happy ending they deserve. Watch my video!

Story
This is Tommy, a sweet 4-year-old neutered boy who is looking for a loving home. He’s a total couch potato who loves relaxing and being close to his people. Tommy really loves food and always gets excited for mealtime and treats. He has a calm, affectionate personality and enjoys spending time playing as well—he especially loves playing with his brother Kafe. Tommy would do best in a home without cats. We’re hoping to find a family who will give him lots of love, attention, and a cozy spot to be a potato
