Are you tired of that single life? Do you miss the pitter patter of little feet following your every move? Do you long to have someone's face pressed against the door while you shower? Do you hate having privacy when you go to the restroom? Look no further!    Cherry is a 3 year old Basset Hound looking for her forever family. Her hobbies include  toting around her stuffies, taking naps right where you need to walk, and eating cheese. She is housebroken, crate trained, knows basic commands, walks nicely on a leash, and is great with other dogs. The cats have given her a zero star review because she enjoys singing the song of her people to them.    Cherry was nearly shut down when she arrived here but has made great strides. She will need continued assistance and patience to help her grow more confident.  She is still very uneasy with being touched unexpectedly, so young children would be terrifying for her.   Cherry is currently with a trainer who has graciously offered complimentary phone consults with her new family as part of her commitment to helping her live her best life.  ##1874175##

Hank was found hiding under a truck as a puppy, clearly abandoned by his owners. Although he didn't have the easiest start in life, Hank has overcome and approaches life with utter joy. He loves everyone he meets and never met an object that could not be made a toy. He is high energy and loves to play with other dogs. He has developed a prey drive living on the farm so we recommend a home without cats and small dogs / animals in an abundance of caution. Hank is such a sweet boy, he deserves a loving home of his own!

Marla is a 2 year old cheagle, a cross between beagle and chihuahua, who is absolutely one of the sweetest pups you will ever meet. Marla is very calm puppy, who loves to be a lapdog and loves getting picked up. She walks really well on leash, and loves going on walks. She gets along great with dogs of all sizes. She is indifferent to cats, and prefers not to mess with them. She is very loving, and will give you kisses whenever you want. Marla is crate-trained, and housebroken. She is fully grown at 19 lb and is healthy. She is also very intelligent and adjusts really well to her surroundings. Marla lived a month alone on the streets in front of an upscale apartment complex, until the manager of the complex contacted our rescue about her. She slept outside people's doors. and it's really sad that no one let her in. She is a really sweet girl and will make an amazing companion to anyone. She has been around children and toddlers and is very gentle with them. Marla is current on her shots, spayed and microchipped, heartworm negative, and kept on heartworm and flea preventatives. Sweet Marla is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home.
