Whether it's their background, their condition or their fortitude. Such is the case with Dude - it's his fortitude that we all admire.Dude does not have normal front feet, which also makes his front legs a bit distorted and shorter than his back legs. Likely having this since birth, he has had to adjust his gait and movement. He will have xrays to see if they can make sense of what is going on.He is now on pain meds and joint supplements and we already see him feeling more relaxed. He also now has rugs in his run so that it's easier for him to walk around. When he sees you coming to sit next to him, he rolls on his back and puts his legs in the air!What appears awkward and perhaps painful to us, is just normal for Dude! He gets what he needs and seems to take pleasure in the small things. He adores when people take an extra minute to hang out with him. Dude loves belly rubs and sitting in the sun.Dude is just three-years-old and otherwise very healthy! He will never be one for long walks but he will always be one for snuggles and love!Interested? Come for a visit any day of the week - 365 days a year between 9am - 12pm. Oil would love a fenced in yard to run around in! He plays with human and dog friends. Food-rewards driven, treats work best! He has no experience around cats or freely roaming the home and he is crate trained. He gives lots of kisses and has no aggression. We don’t hunt, but we think he would love to be a hunting dog!

I got the pet from peninsula regional shelter. At the time in my life was very depressed and wanted companionship for an animal. So, I bought her and she was just a ball of energy and very sweet. She is two years old and some months. What I am looking for her to gain out of her new home is she is well taken care of, has someone that can give her the time and attention, and she has the love. She does know tricks like speak, sit, down, and paw. She loves food and will work for it.

This very handsome couch potato is Chauncey. He`s a 5-yr-old Beagle who loves his stuffed animals and cuddles. He has been gentle with the children and cats and likes a good tug of war with the large dogs. This man seems to like his quiet and will leave a very active space to go find his peace. So while I think he would do great in any home. He would thrive in a more slow pace household.
