'Colby' Beagle/Spaniel X, male, 5 yr old, 27 lbs'Colby' Spaniel/Beagle Mix - Male 5 years - 27 lbsColby is an adorable 27 pound beagle mix that was hit by a car in Mexico and left to die on the side of the road. He was rescued by us and brought to the USA. We have had this little sweety in the rescue for a time now and are looking for the right home or a foster. He is good with other dogs and loves to play. He has a cart and drag bag. He does need his bladder expressed but we can teach you how to do that. He is NOT totally paraplegic (see video) but mostly. So he still wears a diaper/belly band when inside. But outside in the dog yard he plays and 'stumbles' about. But boy can he move! Our adoption fee through our rescue covers the dog being fully vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered, dewormed and flea treated. Matilda is a sweet tricolor Beagle. Her approximate age is 5 years old. She’s on the smaller side, weights 24lbs. She was in a rough shape when we took her in but she’s all good now. Looks like she was used for breeding. We were told that she was an outdoor dog, so she’s not potty/house trained. She’s now crate trained, she sleep indoors in her crate at night. We didn’t receive much explanations as of why they surrendered her, just that they couldn’t keep her anymore. Anyway, what matters now is that Matilda needs a loving forever home! She’d love a nice couch to lay on with her people, she’s a sweet girl, she’s full of life and active/playful. She’s ok with other dogs and loving with her people, unknown about cats. A Beagle experienced family would be amazing! Included with adoption: - Vet wellness exam - Vaccinations up to date (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies) - Rabies Certificate - Fecal test: Negative results - FLEX4 test: Negative results for Heartworm, Anaplasma and Lyme. Positive result for Ehrlichia - Medication to treat Ehrlichia (1 month of Doxycycline pills) - Heartworm/Flea/Tick/Worm preventive given up to date (Simparica Trio) - Microchip with prepaid lifetime enrollment (AKC reunite) - Spay surgery - Dental + 1 tooth extraction - Leash and collar with microchip ID collar tag - Adoption contract - Some of her current food Matilda is ready to be adopted, she’s currently taking antibiotics, we’d provide her remaining meds if she gets adopter prior to finishing her treatment. Pick up would be in San Diego, CA. Transportation could be arranged to the right home, if needed. I don't play fetch or tug-of-war, but I love watching TV and snuggling up next to my humans. I love going on walks and sniffing things outside! Barley is 6 years old and weighs 40 lbs. He may be a little shy at first, but once he feels safe, he bonds deeply and becomes a loyal best friend who loves being close to his person. Barley is incredibly smart and well-trained — he is fully potty trained, crate trained, knows many commands, and has great recall. He enjoys daily walks, hiking, running, and exploring new places, and has even gone on road trips and camping adventures across the Western U.S. He’s great in the car, loves rock-hopping on boulders, and enjoys fetch with squeaky balls. He’s not a swimmer, which actually makes him the perfect paddle-boarding passenger, he’ll happily stay on the board and take in the scenery!
