Bridgette is a rescue from. The wentworth animal shelter in 2020. She was my late wife’s emotional support dog. She’s very laidback and only barks at the UPS and Amazon delivery drivers, but not viciously, just talks to them. She’s very sweet and loving, likes walks and xxxx@xxxx.x has her bed, and loves couch lounging. Very good car dog, too

Found as a stray who was never claimed, it would seem that she had been previously abused. She was first adopted by an elderly lady who said that she was afraid of her cane at first. She became comfortable and happy at her house, only this elderly lady is now in hospice care and needs to rehome her. Except for going to the vet's offices, Chelsea is not accustomed to being away from the lady's house..She has enjoyed playing with other foster dogs, but occasionally, can be bossy and dominant with them. She is initially skittish and shy, but warms quickly. As such, she would be a flight risk, so would recommend double-leashing her and having a secure, fenced yard. She loves to run back inside for a treat; is well crate-trained....Although she enjoys sleeping with someone, more recently, she has slept in her crate.....is very food and treat motivated. Is an even prettier dog in person, who deserves a lot of love... NO YOUNG CHILDREN. FENCED YARD REQUIRED; VET'S REFERENCE REQUIRED.October 29, 2026, 5:49 pm

Bugsy was a shelter dog and wasn't taken care of in his previous life.  He knew nothing about being in a house, but his foster mom is teaching him.  He's made great strides in the time he's been with her.  Poor little guy didn't know much about being a pet, but he's learning quickly.  He's full of energy, but also loves to take naps on the doggy bed.  He can be a little territorial, but he listens well to corrections.  I think he had to guard his food to make sure he ate.  He is learning how to play with my Golden Retriever and now he curls up beside her.  And, they play like crazy!  He loves going on walks.
