Cowboy is a 1yr old spayed female Beagle mix. She weighs 43 lbs. Cowboy is a very sweet girl who would love a family to call her own. She is a social girl who will make friends easily. She is part Beagle so she will need to be supervised when outside. She will follow her nose. She is that perfect size with a great temperament. She loves having new places to explore and would make a great walking buddy. We do not have a background on her but she acts like she might be good in the house. She has been fine with children and other dogs. She hasn't been cat tested. We are unsure if she is fully house trained. She is up to date on shots and wormed. She is already spayed. Bessie is a 3 to 4yr old spayed female Beagle/ JRT mix. She weighs 19 lbs. Bessie was pulled from our local shelter when her owners failed to reclaim her. Bessie is personality plus. She can be the sweet little cuddle buddy but also can be your adventure buddy. She has been a great girl here at the rescue and is going to be an awesome family pet. She is that perfect size to take with you everywhere. She does know how to sit and will walk on a leash. She would love to have a fenced yard. She appears to be house trained. She loves toys and will entertain herself with them. She has been fine with children and other dogs. She is not good with cats. She is up to date on shots and has been wormed. She is already spayed. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Adam! Adam is 3-4 years old hunting surrender beagle. Unfortunately he came in with heartworm disease but is currently being treated. As a hunting dog he lived chained to a dog house. Living this way means he was not well socialized and lacks some socializing skills. He does currently live with another dog but would do best with a very submissive female.  He also currently live with cats, but i do not recommend a home with cats, he likes to pester them and has prey drive. He is learning to be a house dog. He is crate trained and sleeps in bed at night. We are working on potty training, it’s been a little difficult with the steroids from heartworm treatment. He seems to be catching on. Should be much easier when he is off steroid and neutered. Adam is a little bit of a clingy boy. Defiantly a lap dog, he likes to be close or on his people! Personal space means nothing. He often waits in the bathroom while foster mom showers and gets ready for work. He is smart and food driven. He has learned to sit. He sits before he goes to his crate for meals. He is a bit of a messy drinker though, he leaves quiet a trail. He really just wants a person to live and call his own. He is defiantly loyal and loving. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, on HW, flea and tick preventative, crate trained and is doing wonderful with his house training! Rudy is as smart as can be, is gentle and loving, has a wonderful personality and is an absolute joy to be around! He loves everyone he meets and enjoys the companionship of other Dogs! Rudy likes to snuggle next to you on the couch and he is an expert nap taker! He loves to play with his toys and also enjoys frolicking and playing with his Dog pals! Rudy is an all around happy go lucky, fun loving, amiable and delightful Beagle! A fenced yard will be required as well as a home with at least one other Dog, for companionship.
