Story
Hey there! I'm Bilbo! Nice to meet you! I decided to take a walk, and ended up here. My people never came to get me. That made me sad. But the humans here are pretty nice and like to take me for walks, which I love. They tell me that it's my turn for a family that will love me until the end. Don't get me wrong, I have lots of spirit left in these old bones! I'm a short guy that likes to know what's going on. I'm pretty nosey, lol. So if you think I'm the guy for you, give these humans a call. They know where I live.

Story
Teddy is a gentle, soulful Beagle who arrived at the shelter with his brother (Jackson, a senior border collie mix) after their beloved owner sadly passed away. Through all the change and confusion, Teddy has remained incredibly sweet, affectionate, and trusting—he just wants a soft place to land and someone to love. Like many Beagles, Teddy follows his nose and appreciates a good snack… maybe a little too much. He’s currently packing some extra holiday weight, but with regular walks, portion control, and a family willing to help him slim down, he’s already on the path to a healthier life. He enjoys leisurely strolls, sniffing everything in sight, and then settling in for a nice nap. Teddy does well with other dogs (especially his brother) and would thrive in a home that understands the Beagle personality—curious, loyal, and very food-motivated. He’s not in a rush; he’s looking for a calm, patient family who will give him stability after losing the only home he’s ever known. If you’re looking for a loving companion with sad eyes, a wagging tail, and a whole lot of heart, Teddy might just be your perfect match. Story
Hi, I'm Bowser! I'm a beagle boy looking for a patient and understanding forever family. I came from Ridglan Farms, where I didn't get any experience with the world outside of a kennel, so many things are still new and a little scary to me. Right now, I'm a very timid guy who prefers to take things slowly. I may not be the first dog to come say hello, but with time, kindness, and a little patience, I'm learning that people can be pretty wonderful. What I need most is a calm home where I can continue to build confidence at my own pace. Every day I'm making progress, and with the right family by my side, I know I'll keep blossoming. If you're willing to give a shy beagle a chance, I promise I'll be worth the wait. 📍 My Location: NOWATA, OK Please note: Third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. Story
Hello there! I'm Newton! Aren't I just the most adorable and handsome beagle boy that you've ever seen?? I'm a sweet, super affectionate, and silly pup who's looking for a furever home! If you're looking for a snuggly, loyal, and friendly companion who's sure to make you laugh every day-- I'm your guy! I love to cuddle, play, explore, and spend every moment I can with the people that I love. I adore every person that I meet and even get along with cats, too! Sometimes, I get a little anxious and scared, just because my life used to be pretty ruff... I was rescued from a severe case of animal cruelty. But, despite my past, I wake up every day ready to spread love and make new friends! I hope that one day someone notices me and decides to make me a part of their family... I really am the most darling and special boy. Everyone always tells me that finding an adopter will help me believe that I'm finally safe, and that no one will ever hurt me again. Could you give me the loving home that I've always dreamed of? In return, I promise to make you the happiest and most loved pawrent on earth! 📍 My Location: NOWATA, OKLAHOMA Please note: Third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal.
