Story
CJ is a good dog and deciding to part with him has been difficult. He is a loving / caring dog; likes to be near his owner / people; but gets very excited when meeting new people. Even though 3 + yrs old, he is still very active much of the time - more the Beagle. Other times he is relaxed and just chilling out / napping - more the English Bulldog. Whenever he has been boarded or has gotten to know people, all speak highly of him. Very loyal and caring; but does not realize his size and strength and sometimes plays too roughly with smaller dogs. CJ would be good with a couple or family with older children that has some property; room for him to run and play and be able to relax in the sun .

Story
It’s been said that “good things come in small packages,” and we couldn’t agree more! Our favorite 20lb beagle, Vivienne is officially ready to find her forever family! Vivienne is about 8 years old and is absolutely precious. Don’t let the number 8 fool you, she still has plenty of energy and life left! Vivi loves every human , even the tiny ones. She currently lives with a 2 year old human foster, and two big dogs, who she gets along great with! Vivi is house-trained and kennel-trained, she will go in on command, and sleep through the night without a peep- okay well maybe some snores. She does have some separation anxiety but her fosters have been working on that, and Vivi has made amazing progress. Viv loves to spend her days roaming the backyard, and protecting you from squirrels. Because she’s a hound and her nose has a lot of work to do, she would do best with a secure fence. She enjoys long naps on the couch and walks to the fridge. The ideal home for this sweet girl would be with someone who is patient and understanding. We aren’t sure what Vivi went through, but she didn’t have many kind hands petting her, so she can be nervous at first. Vivi would do best with another dog to help her continue to build her confidence.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Saint! Saint is a well-mannered, playful boy. Saint enjoys the company of other dogs. He has played nicely with a Shih Tzu and especially had a blast running and playing with two Golden Retrievers. He loves a good game of fetch, happily brings the ball back, and will “drop it” when asked. During downtime, he enjoys relaxing with soft stuffed toys while hanging out with his people. He’s comfortable with routine care, including having his paws wiped after being outside in the rain. At the groomer, he did well overall — his only minor complaint was not being a fan of having his face dried. He rarely barks and is polite during mealtimes, never begging at the table. Saint is a sweet, playful companion who would make a wonderful addition to a home ready to continue his routine and give him the love and playtime he enjoys!   Medical Notes: Neutered Vaccinated Dewormed Heartworm Negative ProHeart 12 Injection Maintained on monthly flea/tick meds Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 1:36 pm
