Story
This is Ott. He is the calmest, sweetest boy. He was a born here on our farm about 12 years ago. We gave him to a friend as a puppy. That friend has since passed away. We welcomed Ott back to the farm. In his old age that has turned into being more inside than out. Especially during this cold weather. In the last little bit we have realized that our new grandson is very allergic to Ott. Ott needs a retirement home. He seems to be in good health. But he's not young. The family we inherited Ott from has meant the world to me. I need to know that Ott is loved and cared for.

Story
It’s been said that “good things come in small packages,” and we couldn’t agree more! Our favorite 20lb beagle, Vivienne is officially ready to find her forever family! Vivienne is about 8 years old and is absolutely precious. Don’t let the number 8 fool you, she still has plenty of energy and life left! Vivi loves every human , even the tiny ones. She currently lives with a 2 year old human foster, and two big dogs, who she gets along great with! Vivi is house-trained and kennel-trained, she will go in on command, and sleep through the night without a peep- okay well maybe some snores. She does have some separation anxiety but her fosters have been working on that, and Vivi has made amazing progress. Viv loves to spend her days roaming the backyard, and protecting you from squirrels. Because she’s a hound and her nose has a lot of work to do, she would do best with a secure fence. She enjoys long naps on the couch and walks to the fridge. The ideal home for this sweet girl would be with someone who is patient and understanding. We aren’t sure what Vivi went through, but she didn’t have many kind hands petting her, so she can be nervous at first. Vivi would do best with another dog to help her continue to build her confidence.

Story
My pet Ollie came to my home February 2020 as a 10 week old puppy. He was full of energy and cute as could be. My grandchildren were living with me at the time and he got loads of attention. He loves being outside but prefers someone to be with him. He loves playing with balls and tug of war. He enjoys playing in water and going for long walks. Ollie was not consistently socialized so he is more of a "people" dog, meaning he enjoys the company of humans over dogs. He is crate trained, but is only in the crate if I am going to be gone for more than 2 hours. He likes apples and carrots. I try not to give him processed snacks. He follows verbal commands, such as: sit, place, come. He walks on leash mostly. I do let him walk off leash in the early morning before people are out or traffic gets too busy. In the home he likes being close by. He enjoys having his ears and belly rubbed. He does have separation anxiety but he is a sweet boy! My 66 year old self cannot care for him any more.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Saint! Saint is a well-mannered, playful boy. Saint enjoys the company of other dogs. He has played nicely with a Shih Tzu and especially had a blast running and playing with two Golden Retrievers. He loves a good game of fetch, happily brings the ball back, and will “drop it” when asked. During downtime, he enjoys relaxing with soft stuffed toys while hanging out with his people. He’s comfortable with routine care, including having his paws wiped after being outside in the rain. At the groomer, he did well overall — his only minor complaint was not being a fan of having his face dried. He rarely barks and is polite during mealtimes, never begging at the table. Saint is a sweet, playful companion who would make a wonderful addition to a home ready to continue his routine and give him the love and playtime he enjoys!   Medical Notes: Neutered Vaccinated Dewormed Heartworm Negative ProHeart 12 Injection Maintained on monthly flea/tick meds Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 26, 2026, 10:57 am
