Story
**Meet Frogger!** Frogger is a 3-year-old pup weighing about 23 lbs, and he’s a gentle soul just waiting for the right person to help him feel safe and loved. He can be shy at first and will need a little extra TLC as he settles in, but underneath that timid exterior is a very cuddly and affectionate boy. Once Frogger trusts you, he truly enjoys being close and sharing quiet, loving moments. He gets along well with other dogs and may benefit from having a calm, friendly canine companion to help boost his confidence. Frogger is looking for a patient, understanding home that will give him the time he needs to blossom. In return, he’ll offer a special kind of loyal, heartfelt companionship. 🐾💛

Story
Lady just turned 5 this April 2026. She’s sweet and loving and loves to play with her brother Koda. She is our family dog so this rehoming decision is not taken lightly. We love her very much and need her to be rehomed with Koda. She will have major anxiety without him. She likes to get rambunctious with him and is good with other dogs by slow introduction. We hope to find a loving home for her so she can get the love, affection, and space she deserves.

Prospective adopters must be able to travel to San Antonio to complete the adoption process.  Please apply online at http://texasgreatdane.org/adoption-application/ ** Meet Mickey! If you’re looking for a puppy with personality, brains, and nonstop fun—Mickey is your guy.  At just 5 months old and 20 pounds, Mickey is a compact bundle of energy who wakes up ready to take on the world. He doesn’t just play—he creates games, solves problems, and keeps you thinking right along with him. Smart + Curious Mickey is highly intelligent and a natural problem solver. He learns quickly, figures things out on his own, and will absolutely thrive with training, structure, and mental enrichment. ⚡ Energy for Days This little guy is very, very energetic. He loves to run, explore, and engage with his environment. Mickey isn’t a low-key puppy—he’s your daily adventure partner. Personality Playful, goofy, and always curious Confident and highly engaged Loves interaction and activity Bonds closely with his people ⚠️ Important: Training Needs (Read This) Mickey is still a puppy and learning, but he can be possessive of food and toys at times. This is not uncommon at his age, but it must be addressed early to prevent long-term issues. Because of this, Mickey will do best with an adopter who: Is committed to consistent, structured training Understands or is willing to learn about resource guarding prevention Will use positive reinforcement to build trust and appropriate behavior Can manage feeding and toy time thoughtfully (no free-for-all environments) This is very fixable—but it won’t fix itself without guidance.  Ideal Home Mickey would do best in a home that: Enjoys an active lifestyle Is committed to training and engagement Can provide daily exercise + mental stimulation Is prepared to work with him on boundaries and sharing behaviors  ❤️ The Payoff  With the right guidance, Mickey is going to grow into an incredibly smart, loyal, and entertaining companion. He’s the kind of dog who will keep life interesting—and form a deep bond with his person. Mickey isn’t just looking for a home—he’s looking for someone ready to invest in him and help him become his best self. Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for his entire life (up to 15+ years or more) - not just until his puppy cuteness wears off. You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. Like most puppies, he may chew on anything within his reach to include but not limited to baseboards, shoes, socks, children's toys, electrical cords, plants, etc. His adoption fee is $250. This includes his neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccinations, Bravecto®, Drontal® Plus, Tri-Heart® Plus Chewable Tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Please be aware that puppies and small breed dogs do get adopted quickly so interested parties are encouraged to apply online at www.saspca.org. Please ensure your application is complete before submitting. We do verify property ownership, landlord references, apartment/HOA restrictions, veterinary references, and criminal histories. Our adoption events are held each Saturday at Petco located in the Northwoods Shopping Center at 18138 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio TX 78232.  Event hours are 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additional questions may be directed to sagdinfo@gmail.com. ** This dog is in a foster home in San Antonio, TX.
