Me and my Ex-Wife saved this dog from the shelter. She I 1 y/o and such a good dog. We since got divorce and I am unable to be home enough to take care of her since I am in the military. She is 100% crate trained and does good in houses with a doggy door or with a yard. She has struggled with being in an apartment setting and with only going outside about 20 min a day. She is super loving and just needs a good home. She is potty trained but she does nervous pee when she meets new people and in new settings and can get skittish since she is a rescue but gets comfortable with you quick if you just cuddle with her!

Max is a very loving and affectionate dog. He loves butt/back scratches and likes to occasionally chew on toys. True to his Beagle nature he is scent driven and will try to run out the front door or gate if given the opportunity. At 6.5 years old (birthday is 2-15-2019), Max still loves to play and roam the backyard but he enjoys being a couch potato and just wants to be around people. Max would thrive in a home that is able to provide lots of attention. He LOVES people and children and is indifferent towards other dogs; he's usually a Beta when in a group. Max went to Petco Puppy Training class in 2019 and knows how to sit and lay down. He is also housebroken and will potty outside. Only behavior issue is he does bark a lot, especially when he hears something outside (true to his Beagle nature). Max is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, & he's on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

He has a sweet temperament and is active and playful. He does great with pretty much everything he meets! You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. His adoption fee is $150.
