I'm smart, alert, and sensitive, and I do best in a calm, structured home where I can feel secure and understood. I would be happiest as the only pet and in a home with children 10 years and older. With the right person or family, I will be a deeply loyal companion and a wonderful partner for daily walks, training, and quality time together. I will need to be the only pet in the home. Hello! My parents found this dog off dowdy ferry rd he is microchipped but the owners dumped him and do not want him. He’s fixed 2 years old and a beagle lab mix the vet said. Sadly we both have too many dogs and cannot keep him I can hold onto him for a little while but my apartment only allows me 2 dogs. I want to find this guy a loving home! There will be a rehoming fee to be safe!. You can even come meet him 🚨🚨🚨 still looking for my furever home! ❤️🐾 He did well with my goldendoodle but not my French bulldog (who has no boundaries). Benny is a senior boy with lots of energy, enthusiasm, love and affection. He lives with lots of other dogs and gets along with everyone. He would love to chase the cats if he could so might not be good in a home with cats. He loves a chance to use his Beagle voice but is not an excessive barker; only uses it when he has a reason. He loves being with his human almost as much as treat and meal times. He is not much for car rides, he is good about riding but whines seems nervous wondering where he’s going. Guessing in the past car rides did not end in fun activities for him. He’s a very social boy, loves humans of all sizes and ages and is always happy for rubs and attention. Benny has great house manners and although he uses a crate in his foster home he would be fine without one once he knows his routine. He is fully vetted - current with his vaccines, neutered, on heartworm and flea/tick prevention and he is microchipped.
