Marley is a sweet dog. My husband has had him since he was a puppy. He us going on 6 years old. He is friendly, loves to run around and play with kids. We both have a full time job and bow a newborn so we feel bad that we don't give him the attention he deserves. We are hoping someone who can spend time with him will adopt him.

Story
Hi! My name is Buddy, I am very sweet and love people! I like to go on walks and sniff out all the flowers and mailboxes I can. I’m also crate trained, come when I’m called, love treats, I’m good at doing what I’m told, and I also have a few tricks up my sleeve. I’m being fostered right now, but I am excited to find my forever home!

Story
I am one lucky pup! I was picked up on a busy highway after getting rolled by a Chevy truck...hence my name! But, after vet checks, vaccinations and getting tutored (neutered) I am ready to go and spread joy to a new family that will keep me away from those busy roads. About me... I am approximately 1 year old, 30 lbs and am learning new tricks like sit, stay, no, down and how to walk nicely on a leash with my foster dad. I love to play with his other dogs and horses. I'd like to play with the cats, but they don't have much to do with me...I am a little jumpy right now so may not be good with toddlers for a while, but I love anyone else that pets me and rubs my tummy. If you'll let me, I am really cuddly on the couch as well!. I stay in a crate at night and am doing very well with my house training, but I am still a puppy and some reinforcement is to be expected. My perfect home would have some children or another dog to play with in a nice backyard. Come meet me and I'll show you how fun I can be! If you are interested in me, please send an email to SCP! Applications can be found on our website at secondchancepets.org under the "Forms" tab. Please complete and return to us for review! All dogs typically show on Saturdays at the Petco in Clear Lake as well. 2410 Bay Area Blvd near Space Center. Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $190 (or $245 for puppies). All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas.March 25, 2024, 6:14 pm
