Story
My family's living situation has changed considerably in the past few months and I now urgently need to rehome our 2yr old dog Chico. We rescued him from the street a year ago and have been trying to rehome him with no luck so far. Our living situation has downsized considerably and we also have a 1-year-old baby who cannot interact with the dog, so we need something very soon.Chico is an outgoing, vocal, and high-energy dog who is incredibly sweet to the people he knows. However, he has specific behavioral needs and likely a dedicated no-kids, no-pets household (at least no young kids, possibly no kids-- not sure). He has anxiety issues and tends to nip without showing signs of it beforehand. He doesn't do well at the vet, the groomer, etc. He does walk on a leash well. He is crate trained, but has separation anxiety/barks a lot when left alone, at least at first. He has not socialized much.He loves car rides and new sniffs, toys for heavy chewers, and anything that smells like bacon.

BLEU**9 YEAR OLD MALE BEAGLE MIX**45 POUNDS**COURTESY LISTING** Bleu is currently residing in the VA Beach area. If you are interested in Bleu, please contact Alexandra at alxbryant96@gmail.com or (757) 617-1611. From his current owner: -Name: Bleu -Male (neutered) -9y old Beagle Mix -45lbs -Vetting: Up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, has joint and hip issues from a prior injury -Story: 🚨 Urgent Rehoming – Bleu Needs a Loving Home ASAP 🐾 Bleu is in immediate need of a new home due to circumstances that no longer allow me to provide the time, attention, and environment he truly deserves. My priority is finding him a safe, stable, and loving home as soon as possible. Bleu came into my care about two years ago when a former friend was unable to keep him and never returned for him. Since then, I’ve made sure he has been safe and cared for, but I am no longer able to meet his needs long-term. About Bleu: • Great with children, dogs, and cats • Loves all people—very friendly and social • Playful, affectionate, and full of love • Enjoys trail walks and being outdoors • Would thrive in a quieter setting • Needs a home with a large yard where he can run and play Bleu is a wonderful dog who truly deserves a home where he can get consistent attention, exercise, and companionship. This is not an easy decision, but it’s what’s best for him. -Pros/Cons: Bleu’s Pros 🐾 • Extremely sweet, loving, and affectionate • Loves to cuddle and be close to his people • Playful and fun, but can also be very gentle • Great with children, cats, and other dogs • Very friendly—loves meeting new people • Has never shown any aggression or bitten anyone • Enjoys trail walks and outdoor time • Settles nicely on leash after initial excitement Things to Consider ⚠️ • May have occasional accidents indoors if not taken out regularly • Does not do well in a crate and prefers more freedom • Can pull on the leash at the beginning of walks (improves once he calms down) • Will get into trash if it’s not secured/put away • Loves to chew—does best when provided with plenty of durable chew toys • Would do best in a quieter home environment • Needs a yard and consistent exercise to stay happy and balanced -Ideal home: Bleu would thrive in a single-family home with a decent-sized, secure yard where he has space to run and play. He does best in a quieter environment away from busy roads, loud noises, heavy traffic, or construction areas, as those things can sometimes spook him. He would be happiest with an outdoorsy individual or family who enjoys walks, fresh air, and spending time outside, and who can give him the consistent attention, exercise, and companionship he needs. A home where he isn’t left alone for long periods and can truly be part of daily life would be ideal. If you are interested in Bleu, please contact Alexandra alxbryant96@gmail.com or (757) 617-1611 **COURTESY LISTING**

🥞 Meet Mrs. Butterworth! 🥞Sweet, mellow, and absolutely not interested in sharing the syrup bottle. 😂 This 3-year-old Beagle has mastered the art of taking it easy and would prefer a home where she doesn't have to deal with any pesky canine roommates.Mrs. Butterworth is avoidant of other dogs and feels much more comfortable when they aren't around, so she's looking for a dog-free home where she can truly relax. 🐶🚫🐶She'd also do best with kids 10+ and is a total dream when it comes to energy level and manners. She's mellow, well-mannered, and ready to spend her days doing important Beagle business like sniffing around, lounging, and supervising snack distribution. 👃🛋️🍪If your ideal roommate is quiet, polite, and has zero interest in starting a group chat with the neighborhood dogs, Mrs. Butterworth is your girl. Story
Are you looking for an independent friend to share your life and home with?? Then look no further and Coco Chanel! She's quite the sweetie pie at 5 years old. She is NOT interested in other dogs, is actually extremely avoidant of them, so if you're looking to add to your low drama house, this gal is for you. She loves food and enjoys it at a steady pace. She is not interested in playing with toys. She's very timid and shy when it comes to people, so she can only go to a home where, if there are kids, they are dog savvy and at least ten years old. She came to us as a stray so we don't know much about her past, but she will definitely need someone patient and willing to meet her at her level. She's very much a hound in all regards, so if you're willing to give her the space, time, and love she needs we're sure she will warm up and only add to your home. Story
❤️ About Monroe Monroe is a sweet, affectionate, and incredibly loyal 4-year-old Beagle mix who is looking for a loving forever home. Moving and unfortunately cannot take her with us. She is the kind of dog who loves being close to her people and will happily soak up all the attention, affection, and companionship you have to give. Once she bonds with you, Monroe is extremely loyal and loves being part of the family. Monroe does wonderfully with children and cats, making her a great potential addition to a family. She is also crate trained and understands how to settle comfortably in her own space. Monroe can be a little anxious when meeting new people, experiencing new environments, or being introduced to other dogs. She simply needs some patience and time to feel comfortable.

Story
Tucker is an incredibly smart, loyal, and loving dog who is looking for a home where he can truly thrive. He was adopted as a young puppy after an accidental litter needed homes. Tucker is happiest when he’s active and outdoors. He absolutely loves swimming, running, and chasing a ball, you can truly see him light up when he is offered a large piece of land to run on or a body of water to swim in. He is also very well trained. Tucker is exceptionally loyal and forms a very strong bond with his primary person. Because of that bond, he can be protective of his owner and may growl or become uncomfortable around other members of the household. When owner is not around, he is more relaxed, even earning Dog of the Month at his doggy daycare during the very first month they introduced the program—a great reflection of how well he can do in the right environment. We believe Tucker may be happiest in a calm, structured environment with plenty of space, exercise, and one-on-one attention.
