Why this pet is the one for you:Adorable Llama is searching for a family who will love her sweet, sensitive soul. She can be shy when meeting new people, but given time to open up at her own pace, she forms deep bonds with those who know her best. In our care, she's become very fond of her familiar handlers, seeking pets and chin scratches, checking in with them on walks and gently accepting treats. In her foster home, Llama has settled in to lounge around the house and relaxes quietly in her crate if ever left home alone. She would thrive best in a quiet home where she can soak up all of her family's attention as the only pet. She may not be a candidate for dog parks or other off-leash venues, but there are lots of other activities you can do together to strengthen your bond! Hi I'm Xena! I am a 3-year-old Malinois Mix and I weigh 75lbs. I am a huge cuddle bug but need consistent exercise and stimulation due to my breed. My owner unfortunately has to move and she is unable to bring me but this is what she says about me! I am trained to sit, stay, down, off, guard, shake, crate & will wait until you give me the command to eat my food. I would need a little help with jumping because I get excited but I will learn with consistency. I am house trained. not crate trained due to having extreme anxiety from the shelter but with proper guidance and training I can learn. I am extremely ball and food driven. I am amazing with kids and dogs (but need to be introduced in an open setting with dogs) Cats I haven't been around. I am the best dog when it comes to grooming. Maze is a German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois mix, who I believe is around 3 years old and weighs about 60 lbs. She is a very active, goofy, and sweet dog. She grew up with a 5 lb sassy Chihuahua, an older pit bull mix, and another Australian Border Collie rescue of her age. Maze gets along well with other dogs and loves socializing with them; her favorite places are dog beaches and dog parks. The pet sitter she stays with has other dogs and has communicated that Maze has been getting along seamlessly with them and the other animals she’s been sitting for. She's friendly with people, though tends to be a bit shy when new guests arrive; she just needs a little encouragement to say hello. Once she warms up to someone, she’s all about kisses and cuddles. Maze truly deserves a loving home, especially with someone who leads an active lifestyle, as she has plenty of energy and affection to share. Although she hasn’t had much interaction with young children outside of dog parks, she has been around older kids and has done well with them, as her neighbors were all over the age of 10 and would occasionally play with her. Koda Blue is a 6yo 70lb short haired (thick coat) red Siberian Husky mix. Up to date on rabies. But for needing leash work & having a high prey drive, Koda is fantastic! He was raised with small children- he is SO gentle. He doesn't play with toys, & is awkward when he tries to play at the park but does like to run around. He might play wrestle with you gently, if you get down to his level, & will sometimes play indoor fetch. He is potty trained, & VERY well behaved. He likes to sleep next to you on the couch or bed, & LOVES to be brushed/combed. He adapted very well to apartment living, with a lot of socialization at parks/the beach, mental stimulation at home, & long walks. The reasons for re-homing are do to changes in my health.
