Story
Everyone meet Charlie! He is around 5 years old and a wonderful companion to have in your home if you’re looking for comfort and someone to go out on adventures with! He loves going on walks and taking car rides as well as playing with our cat. He’s a very gentle man but has his little zoomies from time to time. He’s great with kids of all ages and sizes my wife and I have an almost 3 year old daughter which he’s been with us since she was about 1 and he’s been such a sweetheart to her and same thing goes for animals. He loves the dog park because he’s able to run around with other dogs and just socialize and get his energy out. If you’re looking for a wonderful dog to have in your home Charlie is definitely the one for you!

Story
RETIRED WORKING DOG!! Gifford is a 5-year-old German Shepherd that faithfully served his country as a detector dog but needed to retire due to medical diagnosis of immune mediated polyarthritis. He has been living in a home with 2 small dogs and has shown to be friendly with dogs of all sizes. He has not shown aggression towards cats or smaller sized dogs. He is crate trained and house broken. Due to his energy levels, he may be better suited in a home with older children. He absolutely loves car rides and is friendly with people. Because of his medical condition, he takes daily medication. He can no longer get vaccinated although he did receive all his vaccines before his diagnosis. And he is currently unable to be neutered. Documentation can be provided to adopter regarding prior working status. Our family deeply cares for him but cannot provide the level of time and engagement he deserves. Seeking a committed, loving home where he can thrive.

Story
My wife and I recused our lovely girl Ruth from the humane society when she was just about a year old and have loved every minute we’ve had with her. Unfortunately were relocating to a different state and cannot bring her with us which were very sad about but want her to go to another loving home and receive the love and care she continues to deserve:) she’s had no medical problems since we’ve gotten her. She’s very friendly with other animals of all sizes as well as kids of all ages. My wife and I have an almost 3 year old daughter now and Ruth has been with us since she was born and she watched over her like she was one of hers. She is a very loving dog and if you’re in need of a loving companion that loves cuddles Ruth is definitely the dog for you:)
