Have you ever seen a big doggy PUPPY? Well if you saw my pics, you have NOW! I have a perpetual puppy face, so very cute! I am a great boy, a busy boy and I would LOVE a busy family too!! I came to the rescue ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO! And all my family has already been adopted but I am still waiting............................................ And I am not sure WHY, except I am a smart and busy boy. I would do best in a single dog home...one great thing about me is...you don't have to trudge me to the dog park.... i prefer to be at home with YOU. I am good with cats too!! Now, if you know the Belgian Malinois breed you will know that exercising my body is good, but it just makes me stronger and have more stamina ;) So you have to ALSO exercise my brain- that is the way to wear me out ;) Doggy puzzles, wearing a weighted backpack, all kinds of ways to do that! I love to be challenged and to LEARN what you want me to do to be your new bestest friend!! I want a really nice family who will hike, bike, run, swim with me too! I have a heart of gold and am ready to shine it right on your family, ADOPT ME!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

They call me Trip, which feels fitting because life with me is basically a mix of “let’s go explore something” and “okay, now let’s immediately go lay down and rethink our choices in a cozy spot.” I’m a 1.5 year old Belgian Malinois mix, 68 lbs., and I am also a tripod. That just means I’ve learned how to move through life a little differently, but it doesn’t slow down my heart, my personality, or my love for my people one bit. I may look like I should be scaling mountains, but I also very much enjoy quality time right next to someone I trust. I’m a sweet boy at heart. I really love affection, I love being close to my humans, and I bond deeply once I feel comfortable. I can be energetic and active when it’s time to get out and do things, but I’m just as happy settling in and relaxing by your side like I’ve always belonged there. Balance is kind of my thing. I do best with calm dogs who understand personal space. I’m not looking for chaos or pushy energy, just peaceful coexistence with friends who respect my vibe. Cats are still unknown for me, so a cat-free home is probably the safest and easiest setup while I continue to shine in other areas. For kids, I would do great with children 4 and older. I’m gentle and sweet with people. What I’m really hoping for is a home that sees me fully, not just for how I move through the world, but for who I am in it. A place where I can settle in, trust my people, and finally be the loyal, loving companion I’ve always been ready to be! My adoption fee is $295 and I'm neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. NO young kids as she does NOT know her strength yet and may knock them down. She needs a fenced yard to run and play in. NO CATS PLEASE!!

This is Roxy, she is 11 months old and a Belgian Malinois. She has been a great dog to our family and just adores our kids, but recently has decided that she doesn’t like our little dog. She loves lots of attention and thinks she’s a lap dog still! We’re hoping to find her a home where she has room to run and can be given lots of love. She follows simple commands, sleeps in her kennel and is crate trained.

Sheeba is my name and I am quite the celebrity around here :) Let me tell you all about it... have a seat and grab some tea. I was living on the streets with a gang of friends... found by a rescuer we were being fed but there was no room to put all of us. Of course, I was pregnant and after I gave birth the rescuers were afraid with all the storms that my babies wouldn't survive out there. So the pound was called, and let me tell you....I WOULD HAVE PROTECTED MY PUPS WITH MY LIFE........ of course, that is deemed "aggressive" and after my two day stray hold I was going to be euthanized and my puppies sent to rescues to bottle feed and raise up :( But MY rescue said, UH UH... She comes with the pups.... and they MADE IT HAPPEN! Now, it wasn't easy but I settled in to the routine and learned my caregiver's names and soon enough I was eating out of their hands. And they learned some neat but sad things about me.... I belonged to someone who trained me....... it is sad because no one has any idea where that person is nor why I was living on the streets :( Also, I am a very smart girl so I am also very sensitive to change....but, with my pups grown and adopted, I am now a model citizen at the rescue. Look at my video....I had JUST met the trainer that day and she absolutely fell head over heels for me. Now I am ready for you, I will complete your family. I am still working on my other dog skills and would probably be best where I can be the only dog and give you all my love. I am a gorgeous girl, my coat resembles a Belgian Shepherd's and I have GSD face and mannerisms. So if you want to adopt me, you must love and understand the working breeds. We need an outlet for our drive and you have to provide that to give me a great balanced life. I am ready, I hope you are too!! Local adoption only, $200 (in TX) (or if you want to drive down to meet and take her home that is cool too :)

We’re looking for a forever home for Lettie! Lettie is a 4-yo mix, about 50 lb. We think she’s a combo of German Shepherd and Husky. She’s smart, goofy, loyal and cuddly, and so fun to take on hikes. She loves people, loves to play, and learn tricks (agility??). She would do best in a home without cats, livestock or small children. Ideal new home would be with a dog nerd who has experience with/is interested in least intrusive, minimally aversive training for reactive dogs (barks at other animals on leash), and who wants to provide a quieter home with predictable routine and plenty of enrichment and exercise. She is spayed, vaccinated, crate-trained, housebroken, no bite history, and has a clean bill of health. Small rehoming fee will apply.
