WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Rancher! 🐾 Rancher is a 4-year-old Belgian Malinois mix with a big heart, endless enthusiasm, and plenty of love to give. At around 70 lbs, he’s a strong, athletic guy who would thrive with an active family or person ready for adventure. Whether it’s hikes, runs, playtime in the yard, or learning new tricks, Rancher is always up for the next activity. This handsome boy is full of energy and personality, but what really makes him special is how much he adores people. Rancher is incredibly friendly, loves human attention, and is happiest when he’s part of the action with his family. He’s also great with kids, making him a wonderful companion for an active household. Rancher gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine buddy to play with. After a fun-filled day, he’s more than happy to settle down and soak up affection from his favorite humans. If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic best friend who’s equal parts adventure partner and family dog, Rancher might just be your perfect match. ❤️

Story
Meet Tiny Tim! Tiny Tim came to us after being found as a stray by a good samaritan. Tiny Tim is a special boy who loves to play with his toys and go for long walks. He will need an experienced dog handler who can handle the energy of a Malinois mix. He would do best in a home with only adults who understand his boundaries and will respect his needs. He would also prefer a home with no kitty friends or dog friends. Are you interested in being his new best friend? Fill out an application -> thinkingoutsidethecage.org All of our animals are altered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines before being made available for adoption. Story
I adopted Oscar in March 2023 from Save A Shepherd rescue. He was 9 months old when I got him, and he had been in a prison training program so had a good start on basic manners. He is quite an energetic dog, and I have learned in the past several months that he doesn't like other dogs. He does, however, love kids and people. He's very sweet, loyal and energetic. I live in town and don't have a fenced in yard. I feel bad that he is not getting the exercise and playing that he needs, especially because I'm not confident to take him where other dogs may be. I would love to see him with a young man who would be strong and able to care well for him.

Story
Oscar is a sweet, comical and energetic young man who is loyal and loves kids. I acquired him from a rescue shelter when he was 9 months old after he had been in a prison training program where he learned basic manners and some tricks. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide him with the attention he needs and deserves. He's basically well behaved; I'm a bit older and simply don't have energy for him. I've also become busy with grandkids and a part-time job. The only problem with Oscar is that he doesn't seem to like other dogs and actually attacked my neighbor's dog once 2 years ago, which broke my heart. He didn't do any damage and maybe was just playing rough, but I'm really not sure No matter what, he's a sweet boy and is a lot of fun.

Meet Valor! Valor is a 3-month-old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix (our best guess). Since we don't know who his parents are, we can't say for certain, but he definitely inherited the intelligence, athleticism, and loyalty these breeds are known for! This handsome boy is everything you'd hope for in a puppy. He's incredibly smart, eager to learn, and loves being with his people. Valor is the type of dog that will thrive with a family committed to training, adventure, and making him part of everyday life. Because he is believed to be a Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix, Valor will do best with an active family that understands the needs of intelligent working breeds. These dogs excel when given regular exercise, mental stimulation, and continued training. In return, you'll gain a loyal companion who is devoted to his family. Valor is: ✅ Neutered ✅ Microchipped ✅ Up to date on age-appropriate vaccines ✅ Current on preventions If you're looking for a puppy with endless potential, a sharp mind, and a heart full of love, Valor is ready to become your new best friend. Story
Meet Our Malinois/German Shepherd Mix Puppies! Think you know high-energy dogs? These stunning puppies are here to raise the bar! Their mom is a purebred Belgian Malinois, and their dad is a German Shepherd, creating an incredibly intelligent, athletic, and driven combination. They are expected to grow into beautiful dogs weighing 50+ pounds. These puppies are already showing exactly what you'd expect from this mix. They're incredibly smart and are already learning "sit." They are mouthy, nippy, energetic, tenacious, intense, and always looking for their next job. Everything is a game, a lesson, or an adventure! These are not puppies that will simply "grow out of it." They need owners who understand working breeds and are committed to daily training, structure, enrichment, and exercise. You must be intentional with these puppies. If you're inconsistent or lax, they'll happily take charge of the household! Because of this, breed-specific or similar working-breed experience is required. We are always selective with our adoption applications, but for these puppies, we will be especially thorough. We want homes that truly understand the commitment these incredible dogs require and can help them become the amazing companions they were bred to be. If you're looking for a loyal adventure partner, training companion, and a dog that will challenge and amaze you every single day, one of these puppies might just be your perfect match. Local adoption fee is $350(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)
