Story
Female Belgium Malinois 1 year old. Vaccines all up to date microchipped. Some formal training but needs someone willing to keep working with her skills and commands. Pottie, leash and Kennel ( although she prefers to be with her people) trained. She travels by car in a kennel and likes her own kennel den with toys. Very Ball focused. Really fast learner and enjoys training time with her Parent. Prey driven so we would not recommend small pets. She's strong and may knock a small child or person down... due to this fact would not recommend being with small children or small people. A family with breed experience or willingness to learn would be best. She has a sponsor so her adoption fee is only 500.00

Story
Meet Lady Lotus! This girl truly lives up to her name as being a true Lady. She is a three year old Malinois, German Shepherd Mix. She loves human affection and cuddles and will even hug you! Lady gets along well with all types of dogs and people. She is such a cuddle bug, and will join you on the couch for movie nights and football Sundays. She doesn't even care when her foster family is screaming at the TV during those intense game moments! Lady would do great in a home with other dogs or being the solo pet in the home. She can adapt to many different play styles with different types of dogs. She is definitely a people pleaser and may get a bit jealous if she doesn’t get her human attention as well! She does live up to her breed in being a little higher energy at times and would love a home where she can go on walks and have a nice yard to play in. After a nice walk Lady would be happy to enjoy a lazy day on the couch cuddling on those rainy Seattle days. Lady loves toys and mental stimulation, her favorite being harder toys she can chew on. Lady is potty trained and crate trained and is currently being fostered in a home with dogs, cats, an eight and ten year old. She has wonderful leash manners and would be a great dog to walk downtown for a cup of coffee or join you at your favorite brewery! Her foster takes her into town often on errands and she does so well. Notes from her foster: Lady lotus is a really sweet pup. She is very shy and reserved but does warm up. It takes her time so with someone patient she could really blossom! Lady lotus is great in the kennel. She will put herself away, kennels up very well, and makes zero noise in the kennel. She had no accidents in the kennel or inside too. Lady lotus is great on a leash and listens to corrections and knows sit! Lady lotus is great with the other dogs. She was a little shy at first but did come around and play with them. She plays with 3 male adults and 2 male puppies. Lady lotus is good with other people, she meets quite a few at my house. She tends to warm up to men quicker! Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue just celebrated its 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 11,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! Story
Meet Ellie Mae! *NOW FOSTERED IN TACOMA WASHINGTON* Have you ever met a pup that has a love dld classicsal music!? Well Ellie Mae does … he’s favorite is Ave Maria by Pavaratti! This beautiful, kind hearted girl has been waiting for her Forever Home for a long time! She is a 11 month old 35 pound Belgium Malinois mix ! She is an adorable, happy girl that will entertain and keep the family active with her spunky personality! Ellie means "sun ray". She will be your sunshine during those rainy & snowy days in the PNW! She is great on a leash and completely crate trained! All her foster mom has to say is “home” and have a treat ready and she hops right in! She’s almost house trained but will have the occasional accident in the house. Ellie's days are full when she gets to go out on adventures! She is kind and gentle children would be great for her. She has the typical puppy energy and will need a home that can be patient and consistent, while continuing to work on her potty training and basic obedience to help her become the best adult dog she can be. She's been learning leash skills and is doing so well! This girl is completely crate trained! She loves to explore and run around the yard! Ellie is still very young and has an adventurous heart that would be happiest with an active family. I can picture her sprinting happily along trails or beaches with her cute smile. Those familiar with the black mouth cur breed know they're possibly the greatest dogs in the world! Although her breeds are anyone's best guess there's no denying she's 100% unique and beautiful. This pup will need daily stimulation. It would be best for her to be in a home with a yard where she can run and play. It would also be ideal for her to be with a family who understands the importance of setting healthy boundaries, proper training and appropriate level of activity. Ellie is fully vetted, up to date on shots, spayed & elgible for adoption immediately! She is such a lovable pup... if she sounds like a good fit for you please apply today! Story
Mabel is affectionate, super dog friendly, super kid friendly! She gives her love so freely. She absolutely loves to be pet, go for walks with you, or just lounge in the yard. Mabel has been fostered with young children, dogs, and cats. She loves playing with her canine friends and cuddling on the couch with humans of all ages! Cats, you ask? This gentle girl is not aggressive with her feline housemates, but we know she would be her best self in a home without cats - she is a GSD after all! Do you like to go on walks through your neighborhood? What about lounging around the house for a Netflix marathon? Mabel loves all of these activities and more! She is a dream on a leash in any setting and is extremely attentive to her handler. She likes treats and takes them so gently, but isn't super motivated by them; she would rather just have your affection! Mabel loves to chew on bones and play with squeaky toys to her hearts content! She would LOVE if her new family could be home with her a lot as she is not a huge fan of extended crate time. She needs someone patient and kind who can help her learn that it is a safe and okay place to be for a little bit. If you are looking for the perfect partner, outdoor companion, or cuddly buddy - we know you've found your special girl. Don’t miss out on this amazing pup!
