**GRETA’S ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN PARTIALLY SPONSORED BY TAYLOR LEICHT IN HONOR OF DAVE, MELISSA, BRUCE AND MOBY**Hello, my name is: GretaApprox. DOB: 04/08/2021Weight: 69.4 lbsSex/Breed: Spayed female Bernese Mountain DogRescued From: Breeding kennelMiss. Greta is as sweet as pie! While home life is still a little scary, she is making leaps and bounds every day in her confidence. When surrounded by her doggy pals she lets her guard down and bounces around, accepting their kisses and affection. While she is still nervous about normal things like going through doorways and approaching humans for attention, she’ll gently wag her tail and listen intently when her foster mom talks to her, telling her she’s a good girl. We can already see her potential slowly slipping through her timid exterior!! Greta is looking for a calm home with a fenced in yard and at least one other dog to show her the ropes. Training is a work in progress, but she is doing very well with her crate training. With time and patience, this gorgeous girl will thrive! Story
Onyx’s story is one of resilience, survival, and finally getting the chance to just be a dog. When Onyx first came to us after he was minutes away from being euthanized at a local shelter, he was incredibly sick with pneumonia and facing serious medical challenges. He underwent multiple surgeries, emergency vet visits, and long recovery times. For so long, Onyx never had the opportunity to simply enjoy life because he was too busy fighting to feel better. But Onyx never gave up — and neither did we. Today, after being loved back to health, Onyx is thriving and embracing every moment of the happy, healthy life he always deserved. He loves to run, play, cuddle, and soak up affection from everyone around him. He’s incredibly friendly, affectionate, and full of goofy personality. One of his cutest quirks is his signature “kangaroo jumps,” so he’ll need a securely fenced yard with a high fence because this boy can bounce. Onyx is hard of hearing and has only one ear due to the double TECA surgeries he underwent. Even so, he works incredibly hard to learn routines and follow commands. He does best with loud verbal cues and hand signals to help guide him. Despite everything he’s endured, Onyx remains deeply trusting, loving, and eager to connect with people. He is dog-friendly, cat-friendly, kid-friendly, and truly loves everyone he meets. He’s also extremely food motivated and will happily do just about anything for a treat. Onyx has overcome more than most dogs ever should. Now, all he needs is a forever family willing to love this resilient, goofy, affectionate boy exactly as he is.

Story
Meet Buttons! Fostered in Aston, PA Buttons is a beautiful 6 year-old Bernese Mountain Dog with the gentlest heart. She's a shy girl at first, but once she knows she's safe, her sweet personality begins to shine. Her favorite things? Being a professional couch potato, lounging in the backyard , treats (she comes running for the treat jar! ), and soaking up gentle pets on her head. She even gets adorably jealous when another dog is getting attention and not her! Buttons would love a laid-back home with a friendly, confident dog sibling to help her continue building confidence, and a fenced yard where she can safely relax and explore. House trained Crate trained (it's her happy place!) Great with kids, dogs, and everyone she meets Spayed, up to date on vaccines, and ready for her forever family All Buttons asks for is a little patience while she blossoms. The foster says she's truly an angel—and one of the very best dogs they've ever fostered. Could you be the family she's been waiting for? Story
Meet Max Milly (ACCT-A-254696)! This happy guy is the definition of a social butterfly. Max has a heart of gold and has spent the last four years living in a bustling home where he got along with absolutely everyone—adults, kids of all ages (from babies to teens), other dogs, and even cats! He is looking for a new family only because of a change in his previous owner's lease agreement, so he is ready to bring his friendly spirit to a brand-new home. Max is a high-energy athlete who loves to stay active. Whether it’s playing a spirited game of fetch, tug-of-war, or going for a long jog, he is always up for an adventure. He especially loves having a yard where he can run around and play with his friends. Don't let his energy fool you, though—he also loves a good bath and being petted. He is a very sweet boy who leans into you for attention and loves head rubs. When it comes to his manners, Max is already a step ahead! He is fully housebroken and knows his name as well as commands like "Sit" and "Down." He walks well on a leash, though he can get a little excited and pull a bit when he is ready to explore. He is also a very polite greeter; he’s been known to show off a "helicopter tail" when meeting new dog friends! If you are looking for a friendly, social, and active companion who is already a pro at living with kids and other pets, Max Milly might be your perfect match.
