Story
Meet Fig!Fig is one of the two smallest puppies in the Grove Gang, a trio of Bernedoodles who came to rescue after their breeder surrendered seven dogs. Fig and her sister, Date, were the first two our rescue took in. When we learned that no other rescue had chosen their dad, Banyan, we knew we couldn't leave him behind. So Banyan joined his girls, and the Grove Gang was safely together in rescue.Since her rescue, Fig has been soaking up every ounce of affection she can get. She has also been medically groomed and is already feeling so much better. It's amazing what a little TLC, a clean-up, and plenty of love can do!Now this sweet girl is ready to start the next chapter of her life. Fig will be looking for her forever family.  Available 9/26/26Could Fig be the sweet addition your family has been looking for?  Fig likes the company of other dogs. She does well when crated.  She is a very calm, sweet girl.  Learn more: https://www.mostlymuttz.orgAdoption Application:https://www.mostlymuttz.org/adoption-application Mostly Muttz Rescue, PO Box 406, Gilbertsville, PA 19525PA Kennel License 10872 ##2812570##

Story
Meet Banyan! Banyan is a handsome Bernedoodle dad who found himself in rescue after his breeder surrendered seven dogs. While our rescue initially took his two smallest girls, Fig and Date, we soon learned that no other rescue had chosen their dad. We couldn’t leave him behind, so Banyan joined his girls and came safely into our care, too. Since arriving, Banyan has been soaking up every ounce of affection he can get. He’s also been medically groomed and is already feeling so much better. After whatever life looked like before rescue, it’s clear that this sweet boy is enjoying the TLC, attention, and comfort he deserves. Banyan is now ready to start the next chapter of his life with a family of his own. He’ll be looking for a forever home through our Foster-to-Adopt Program, which allows an approved family to bring him home and make sure the match is just right for everyone. After a two-week foster period, the adoption is finalized. Banyan can arrive in PA on or after August 22. If you think Banyan could be your guy, we’d love for you to learn more about him and our adoption process! Story
Onyx’s story is one of resilience, survival, and finally getting the chance to just be a dog. When Onyx first came to us after he was minutes away from being euthanized at a local shelter, he was incredibly sick with pneumonia and facing serious medical challenges. He underwent multiple surgeries, emergency vet visits, and long recovery times. For so long, Onyx never had the opportunity to simply enjoy life because he was too busy fighting to feel better. But Onyx never gave up — and neither did we. Today, after being loved back to health, Onyx is thriving and embracing every moment of the happy, healthy life he always deserved. He loves to run, play, cuddle, and soak up affection from everyone around him. He’s incredibly friendly, affectionate, and full of goofy personality. One of his cutest quirks is his signature “kangaroo jumps,” so he’ll need a securely fenced yard with a high fence because this boy can bounce. Onyx is hard of hearing and has only one ear due to the double TECA surgeries he underwent. Even so, he works incredibly hard to learn routines and follow commands. He does best with loud verbal cues and hand signals to help guide him. Despite everything he’s endured, Onyx remains deeply trusting, loving, and eager to connect with people. He is dog-friendly, cat-friendly, kid-friendly, and truly loves everyone he meets. He’s also extremely food motivated and will happily do just about anything for a treat. Onyx has overcome more than most dogs ever should. Now, all he needs is a forever family willing to love this resilient, goofy, affectionate boy exactly as he is.

💕 HOW IS THIS BEAUTIFUL GIRL STILL WAITING? 💕 Our sweet Katie is still searching for her forever family, and we just know her people are out there. ❤️ Katie is a gorgeous 6-year-old Great Pyrenees and about 90 pounds of pure love, fluff, and personality. She is one of those dogs who absolutely LOVES her people. She hasn’t met a stranger she doesn’t like and is happiest simply being part of whatever you’re doing. She’ll follow you around, lean in for affection, make you laugh with her goofy personality, and look at you like you are the most important person in the entire world. 🥹❤️ 🐾 6 years old 🐾 Great Pyrenees 🐾 About 90 lbs 🐾 Loves people — everyone is a friend! 🐾 Sweet, affectionate & easygoing 🐾 Silly, goofy personality 🐾 Loves getting out and going on adventures 🐾 Loyal, loving companion 🐾 Professional fluffy shadow 🥰 Katie can be a little enthusiastic when meeting new dog friends and benefits from some guidance on leash, but underneath all that big-dog excitement is an incredibly loving girl with a huge heart. We can picture Katie spending her days taking walks with her family, going for car rides and adventures, relaxing on the porch, and then curling up nearby at the end of the day because wherever her people are is exactly where Katie wants to be. ❤️ She has so much love to give. She just needs someone to finally choose her. 🏡 Could Katie be the missing piece of your family? Please help us find her people by sharing her post — sometimes one share is all it takes to reach the family a dog has been waiting for. 🙏❤️ 🐶 Learn more & apply to adopt Katie at: straynetwork.org #AdoptKatie #AdoptDontShop #FosteringSavesLives #StrayNetworkAnimalRescue
