I'm a 11-year-old small 8-pound Bichon Frise mix. I am fun, loving and full of spirit! They call me a SPECIAL NEEDS PUP. I took a fall before becoming a BROC BABE and the doctors said I would NEVER walk again due to a spinal cord rupture. But my foster mom says I have the will to get wherever I want, nothing holds me back. My BROC Aunties got some custom wheels for me and you should see me run. I'm like a horse in its chariot, and I must say, I do look adorable. I take walks with and without my wheels, I walk with all my fur siblings and chase bunnies like no other but I need my wheels at times. My foster mom loves me and takes great care of me. Bilbo is a 5-year-old Maltese and Poodle mix who came to YAPS after being found wandering the streets. He was withdrawn, very frightened, and would not interact with staff. However, after many weeks, he began to slowly trust again and rebuild his confidence, thanks to the kindness and patience of the staff and volunteers.  Bilbo showed signs of improvement, but never so much as when a young, friendly, playful dog was placed in his kennel. Bilbo was relaxed, happy, and wagging his tail. His rehabilitation continued when placed with a foster family who provided the care and attention he deserved. Bilbo has been through a lot and would now love to find his very own stable, loving, forever home he so deserves.
