Story
Meet Izzy, an almost 5-year-old Bichon Frise with a sweet soul and heart full of promise and a past that's beginning to fade. Izzy was once a puppy mill mom and is now on a journey to discover life as a "dog." She is learning what it means to be safe, given patience, and shown love. She's nervous in new situations and with new people as she never knew things in the dog world such as treats, leashes, toys, and the outdoors. She enjoys being fostered with other furry friends and follows her foster mom, keeping an eye on what she does. Izzy does require a fenced-in yard and another social dog in the home to help her build confidence. She loves to play with other dogs, and actually does not mind the dog play to get loud. She's looking for a patient, understanding person who can offer her the time and care she needs to flourish. If you're ready to provide a warm and patient environment, giving Izzy a fresh start, Izzy is the girl for you.
Izzy is being fostered in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her adoption fee is $300.00.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
