weight 25 lbs age: 4 months as of 4/25/24 adoption donation $599     Mckenzie is a sweet, friendly and mellow black mouth cur puppy who will make a wonderful family dog.  She is part of a litter of 8 who were left in a cardboard box in the driveway of the Wags founder outside of Tupelo, Mississippi. The pups certainly hit the jackpot, they spend their days romping and playing with their siblings and then snuggling into a big puppy pile to nap. Mackenzie has had her puppy shots, is microchipped and was recently spayed. She is ready for a loving home of her own. McKenzie loves to play with the other dogs at the rescue, she's fine with cats. She rides well in the car and loves everyone she meets. Black mouth curs are known to be wonderful family dogs, they are mellow and medium size, friendly and loving. Like any puppy McKenzie  needs someone who will be around for her and give her the structure and training she needs to grow up to be the very good girl we know she can be. For more information please email her foster mom at mariaeftimiades@yahoo.com.        May 12, 2024, 8:37 am

Story
Waylon is approximately 5 months old and 40 pounds. He is good with other dogs with proper introductions but can be  a little bit stingy with toys. He likes to run and will counter surfs a little bit and he's not a 100% house broken but we're working on that too. Currently living with 3 other dogs and 4 cats. He wants to play with the cats but being so big it's not feasible. He takes correction and redirects well.. He already knows how to sit and wait for his food and his treats although he can get a little antsy. Waylon likes to sleep in the bed and will follow you from room to room. He's very attached to his person. He is currently teething so he has to be watched.  He is fully vetted including  neuter, microchip, all puppy vaccinations, as well as rabies vaccination. H e would make a great addition to your family.   His adoption fee is $550 and includes his transportation to his new home in CT.  HE IS IN A LOVING FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO HIS NEW HOME ONCE ADOPTED!  New Beginnings Animal Rescue uses  a licensed and registered USDA transport company.     You can apply to adopt here:   http://www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net/adoption-application22.html   THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET! Story
PIPER IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO CT ONCE SHE IS ADOPTED!    This adorable girl is Piper. She is a stunning 2-year-old, 38lb Black Mouth Cur mix. She was pulled from a shelter back in August, and she was in pitiful shape: underweight and scared! That is NO MORE. Her foster mom has gotten her fattened up and healthy. She has helped build her confidence. Piper is now a well-rounded, wonderful dog.   She is a very energetic dog. She loves running and playing in the yard with her toys and fur siblings. She is house trained and is very good in the house. She is doing good on leash; she pulls a little, but we are working on that! She gets along good with other dogs. Her foster home also has two cats, and she has not bothered them beyond curiosity. She is playful and loves tug of war! She listens and learns easily. She would enjoy outdoor activities with her furever family. This girl gets compliments on her looks and mannerisms everywhere we go! Piper is going to make someone a great dog, no doubt.   She is fully vetted including spay, microchip, all shots including her rabies shot. Her adoption fee of $550 includes the transport to CT. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Piper up north after she is adopted.  To apply to adopt Piper, go here:  http://www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net .    Any Questions, email us at newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com .  THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 11, 2024, 10:56 pm

Meet Ashley Age: 1 Years Weight: 54lbs. Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Yes - Dog Savvy Good with kids: Yes - Older Energy Level: Med Available for Adoption: 1/27/2024- Applications need to be approved before a meet and greet will be set up for any Fetching Hearts Rescue dogs. Meet Ashley!! This girl came into a shelter in Texas with her sister Mary Kate. Her sister was saved and Ashley sits behind waiting for her turn. Fetching Hearts Rescue saw this girl and knew she needed our help. Ashley is a shy girl who is looking for a quiet home with another dog to help her learn the ropes. Ashley would love a fenced yard to run around with her pal. She is a bigger girl who will wrestle and use her big paw to play. Ashley is happy when playing with her friends. She will need sometime to warm up to people, but we can promise you that once you are her best friend, Ashley will be your shadow. She can also be a couch potato at times as well, when you just want to hang out and watch movies. We would say older kids due to Ashley being shy. She enjoys her quietness and couch time when not playing with her dog friends. Ashley would benefit from training classes to learn her commands and also to enjoy that bonding time with you or her family. Let's give Ashley the hope of finding her forever home, just like her sister did. She really doesn't want to keep laying here wondering when it will be here turn. Yes, she is shy but she will learn in time that she doesn't have to be. Apply for this sweet girl today!! If interested in Ashley, please COPY LINK BELOW TO APPLY AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION: https://www.fetchingheartsrescue.org/adoption-form-online to fill out an application or email to inquire at: INFO.FETCHINGHEARTS@GMAIL.COM Unless otherwise indicated, all dogs adopted through Fetching Hearts have received the following before being available for adoption: Thorough veterinary examination All routine annual vaccinations, including Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella (Kennel Cough), Heartworm Test, Fecal Test, Deworming, Microchip, Flea and Tick Prevention and Heartworm Prevention. Spay/Neuter All dogs are quarantined for two weeks outside of the shelter (puppies four weeks) to ensure they don't break with disease. VETTING NOTE: Fetching Hearts Rescue completely vets our dogs thoroughly to the best of our knowledge based on communication with our Southern Vets. If anything is brought to our attention, we treat the dog. After adopting the dog, you will be responsible for following up with all vetting going forward.
