Meet Birdie! Birdie is a 5 year old, 55-lb Coonhound mix who is intelligent, gentle, and affectionate. She’s low to medium energy, enjoys her daily walks (she is fully housetrained), and loves relaxing beside her people afterward. Birdie is great with cats and other dogs, friendly with everyone, and has a calm, soft presence that makes her incredibly easy to fall in love with.
If you’re looking for a loving companion who brings warmth and kindness wherever she goes, Birdie is ready to brighten your home. She is currently being fostered in Staten Island, NY and her adoption fee is $500.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
