With his gorgeous yellow-green eyes, impressive jumping skills, and goofy antics, he’s impossible not to love. He may look like a serious gentleman at first glance, but spend a little time with him and you’ll quickly discover the playful, affectionate, slightly silly cat hiding underneath that handsome exterior. He is a total goofball! Harrison spent the first few years of his life living underneath a local bar alongside several other cats. When the bar closed, Harrison and his friends suddenly had no one to care for or feed them. Thankfully, they were rescued and brought into foster care, where they received the veterinary care and love they needed. He was a little shy at first, but after spending time getting comfortable with indoor life he is ready for a permanent family. He's come such a long and blossomed into an absolute sweetheart! Once Harrison trusts you, he loves a good cheek scratch or butt scratch, and he may even roll over asking for belly rubs. He can get a little carried away when he’s excited and may give an occasional love nip, so he’s still learning some manners when it comes to expressing his affection. This can be a little alarming but it's not an aggressive bite - however he may not be the best pick for a household with small children! Harrison does have a few quirks that we expect will continue to improve with time, patience, love, and the stability of a forever home. He isn’t a fan of being picked up, and he can become nervous when someone looms over him. He does best when given the opportunity to approach people on his own terms, or if he is approached when he’s on a perch (just a little higher up than the floor!) With a little patience and respect for his boundaries, Harrison is a wonderful companion and a perfect little gentleman. And despite his size, Harrison is still a kitten at heart when it comes to playtime! Wand toys are his absolute favorite, and his eyes light up when he sees one. He’s also a big fan of wet food and Churu treats and will happily come investigate whenever the “good stuff” makes an appearance. He isn’t an overly chatty guy, but when he’s getting especially good pets, he may reward you with a few adorable little chirps. Harrison is very close with his buddy Rob, a creamy-grey tabby boy who is equally large and quirky. If you have room in your home (and heart!) for both of these boys, we'd love to see them adopted together. Harrison’s journey has taken a little longer than some, and that’s okay. He may need several weeks (or even more) to feel comfortable in a new environment. He hasn’t had the easiest start in life, but he is a true ray of sunshine once he knows he’s safe. We know the right person will understand that earning Harrison’s trust is a process, and we promise he is worth every bit of patience. If you’re looking for a goofy, sweet, big-hearted boy who will reward your patience with affection, chirps, playtime, and lots of personality, Harrison may be your guy! 🖤 --- Harrison is approximately 2-3 years old, neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He does a great job of keeping his litterbox tidy.

Pop and Smoke are 2 year-old, bonded brothers that can't be separated. They are super affectionate and pretty mellow but have different personalities. Smoke (pic 3) loves ear scratches and is a big attention hog. He's very vocal when he wants pets or is upset but prefers to cuddle on his own terms. He loves scratch posts and is a big eater. Pop (pic 4) has a distinct bump on his nose and always looks sleepy. He's very passive and sweet and loves chin rubs. He's a big cuddler but can be very floppy. He enjoys nesting in clothes and blankets and loves climbing. Unfortunately, my old roommate wasn't able to bring them when they moved, and I can no longer house them due to other pets and downsizing. I'm looking for someone who will take them both and give them all the love and climbing space they deserve.

This girl Missy was rescue from the streets. She is very shy, but willing to be held and take pets. She will do best with someone with the patience and experience to keep handling her and increasing her socialization. If there are children in the home, they should be older. We also would love to see her go to a foster or adoptive home where she can have a buddy of similar age and energy level that can instill confidence in her. She must got to an indoor-only home and is box trained. My cat is very active he wants to play he loves to drink from tap water . Need to open small tap water love to sleep with owner . Love variety of food .

Epoh is a very sweet 8 year old tabby in need of a quiet and loving home with one or two other cats, no dogs, and no young children. Epoh was found on the streets of Tacoma at 7 months old with a broken leg, and taken to the Humane Society. They unfortunately couldn't save the leg, but it hasn't slowed her down one bit. She is very sweet and demands scritches on her schedule with cute headbutts, but will also gently bite you when she has had enough. She can get a big spooked by loud, unexpected noises or movement, which will cause her to run and hide, so she needs a good place to retreat. Due to her 3 legged nature, she does need a low access litter box that she can easily get in and out of. She has no trouble climbing onto the bed or sofa, provided she can gain purchase with her front claws. We are rehoming her as we lost everything in a fire and have been forced into a cramped living situation. We aren't able to provide her with the amenities and space she needs to thrive.

We first received Starla as a temporary cat. Her original owner ended up having to be put in a care facility so she ended up being longer than temporary. Unfortunately she does not get along with our other cats, so we are looking for a new home for her. Starla is a very lovable cat. She is sweet, loves to run and play, affectionate on her own terms. Shes very shy at first but will become very attached to her human. She’s very sensitive to changes to her environment so a home where there is a routine would be best. She is about 2 years old. And up to date on her shots as far as we know. It would be best for her to be the only cat in a calmer home, indoor only. She is litter box trained, prefers clay litter. She eats dried cat food and loves treats. She is a small cat.
