Story
ADORES NONSTOP HEAD MASSAGES AND CHEEK SCRATCHES DOB 4/13/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Pluto, a sweet, friendly, and loving Bombay mix gal with copper-penny eyes and a sleek, shiny black-patent leather coat. True to a Bombay’s nature, I’m a certified Velcro kitty who loves to stick right next to my Foster Meowmy or follow her wherever she goes. When she walks into the foster room, I’m the first of my seven foster mates to greet her. To show my delight in seeing her, I immediately drop my whole body on its side or rub my pheromones on her hands and ankles. I can be a cuddle bug as long as she’s massaging my head or scratching my cheeks, chin, and ears nonstop. Although I’m not a huge fan of being held, I prefer for Foster Meowmy to hold me to her chest with my paws over her shoulder. After my feral momma birthed Karma, Jupiter, Opal, and me outside of Foster Meowmy’s house, Momma moved us through an open window to inside a neighbor’s car . . . and then again a few doors down to a used-car business. Imagine Foster Meowmy’s surprise when she looked inside an old car and found not only us under the driver’s seat but also another litter of four kittens under the passenger’s seat!! When we were five weeks old and could eat on our own, Foster Meowmy gathered up both of our stowaway litters and brought us all inside to the safe haven of her home. You can imagine the mayhem that eight kittens can wreak inside our foster room! Although I will tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with my siblings, I really prefer to spend my time lounging. We’ve all got a little mischief in our genes because we love to escape the foster room to sniff around and explore other parts of the house, but I’m usually the mastermind with the most ingenious plan to lead my siblings in our jailbreak. Now I’m ready to bring the sleek, shiny beauty and Velcro-stickiness of a Bombay to my forever family. Could that be you? Then arrange to meet me today! If you’re looking for a pair of kittens, please consider adopting me with one of the other #car-stowaways. We think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted in pairs so we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. HOPE ID 25-0614-A048 Pluto is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. TUGS ON YOUR HEARTSTRINGS DOB 6/15/22 Meet Taco! This beautiful black kitty was found with a rumbling tummy outside a taco truck — so naturally, her name is Taco! Now safe and cozy in her foster home, Taco is living her best life and enjoying all the good things: soft blankets, chin scratches, and sunny windowsills. Taco is a gentle soul with a sweet personality. She gets along with both cats and dogs, but like any lady with standards, she may need a little time to settle into a new place. Once she does, she’ll reward you with purrs, head boops, and quiet companionship. If you're looking for a classy little foodie with a big heart, Taco might be the perfect match! HOPE ID 24-0309-G058 Taco is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. Story
OBSESSED WITH CATNIP DOB 4/1/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Onyx, a sweet, energetic, and very playful Bombay mix fella with copper-penny eyes and a sleek, shiny black-patent leather coat. When I relax on Foster Meowmy’s bed, I’m one of the best biscuit-makers you could ever find, especially if it’s in response to her nonstop head massages and cheek/ chin/ and ear scratches. I even enjoy “bongo time,” when she pats my bum. By the way, I’m obsessed with rolling around in and snacking on catnip. True confessions: although I secretly love attention and will tolerate some cuddle time, I absolutely abhor being held and will immediately squirm around until I can get down. My feral momma birthed Obsidian, Jasper, Topaz, and me underneath the seat of an old car parked in a used-car business. Foster Meowmy’s finding us when we were only about three weeks old might never have happened if she hadn’t been trying to rescue the other set of kittens whom another feral momma had birthed outside of Foster Meowmy’s house. The other momma had moved her litter from Meowmy’s yard to a few doors down to the used-car business. Imagine Meowmy’s surprise when she found not only the kittens she’d been tracking under the driver’s seat but also my litter under the passenger’s seat!! When we were five weeks old and could eat on our own, Foster Meowmy gathered up both of our stowaway litters and brought us all inside to the safe haven of her home. You can imagine the mayhem that eight kittens can wreak inside our foster room! We tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle. I can be a bit of a menace when I chase my siblings even when they don’t feel like playing, so then I release my energy by playing with the resident two-year-old cat. Paradoxically, I like my own space from the gang, so I spend my “time outs” resting at the peak of the bathroom cabinet or the cat tree, where I enjoy bird-watching out the window. Now I’m ready to bring my stunning good looks, expert biscuit-making and mischievous energy to my forever family. Could that be you? Arrange to meet me today, and if you’re looking for a pair of kittens, please consider adopting me with one of the other #car-stowaways. We think it’d be the cat’s meow if we could be adopted as a pair so we could be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. HOPE ID 25-0614-A041 Onyx is currently in the Houston, Texas area but can be transported to this location upon adoption. The $325 adoption fee includes transport, health certificate, spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. Story
Zero is full of personality. He is a younger cat so he can be full of energy. He loves to cuddle and give love to his owners and anybody who walks into our home. He is not shy at all towards other humans. He has been around children and is very friendly. Unfortunately he plays too rough with our current cat so we unfortunately will have to rehome him to decrease her stress. Looking for a kind owner that will take in zero as family.

Story
Sultan is a beautiful cat.. He loves people, but doesn’t care to live with other animals. He loves to be brushed and cuddled. He enjoys an occasional play with a laser or feathers and mice on a string type toys. Luckily, he can only catch fake ones, so you won’t find any “gifts” from him on your door step. But more than anything this cat loves to eat! He will do tricks: sit, shake and high five for treats. He could be an indoors cat only, but enjoys a yard to poke around and protect from the neighborhood animals. He will also do his business outdoors in a chosen spot if there is grass/dirt. His special need is a 1/2 of an over the counter antacid tablet as he gets an upset tummy without it. He takes it in a pill pocket treat with no problems. My son was his person and went away to college and is not planning to return home. I would love a stable home for him. Maybe someone who is retired and looking for a big fluffy baby to dote on.
