Story
Bing bing is a very loving and loyal cat that I adopted from a shelter. She is 2 years old, up to date with all shots. She is netured, spayed, and microchipped. She is talkative and will greet you when you arrive home! She is house trained and eats dry and wet food. She is very affectionate and loves to cuddle with you or lay beside you. She doesnt play with toys very much, but she loves her bouncy balls and looking out the window. Good with kids and never ever hisses or bites. She is truly a sweet girl and I would keep her if I wasn't deathly allergic.

Story
Meet coolest 4-month-old baby boy Niko! Niko is distinguishable from his siblings by the wispy long white hairs down front of his legs. Niko loves to investigate and can be somewhat reserved at first. But Niko is very playful with siblings and he loves his humans too. Niko particularly loves to play with his brother Balthazar. Niko enjoys to be super silly! For example, he lays on side and crawls along the carpet waiting to sneak up on his playmates! He loves to observe but also interacts engagingly. Niko is curious about whatever you’re doing- cooking, reading, working on the computer or folding laundry. He might even greet you when you come home! Niko has had his first vaccines, exams, topical parasite control (includes, ticks, fleas, roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms) and microchip. He is litter-box trained too. His adoption fee includes his neuter. Niko will likely be a medium size cat at full grown and will be an amazing and lovable addition to your family. For more information and an adoption application, please email foster mom Lisa at birdz4lifeduh@gmail.com and please include your phone number. Niko is ready for the fun and adventure of his forever family.

Story
Meet bold and beautiful Baltazar! This amazing 4-month kitten, with an adorable small white patch on his chest, is very playful and very much the explorer. Since he’s still a baby, he can be a bit shy. Baltazar is such a sweet boy! He plays well with all others, and he especially loves his brother Niko. Baltazar is a kitty with a very large presence. He can be independent and also affectionate. Currently Baltazar’s not sure how he feels about being picked up, but we are working on that. Baltazar is very active but also loves to chill and watch everyone play. Baltazar has had his first vaccines, exams, topical parasite control (includes, ticks, fleas, roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms) and microchip. He is litter-box trained too. His adoption fee includes his neuter. Baltazar will likely be a medium size cat at full grown and will be an amazing and lovable addition to your family. For more information and an adoption application, please email foster mom Lisa at birdz4lifeduh@gmail.com and please include your phone number. You really need to meet this handsome and happy kitten who can’t wait for his interaction with his forever family!

Story
Meet Harrison! 🖤 SUMMARY * Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat * Harrison will take time and patience to fully open up, so he needs an understanding adopter! * We transport our babies from Houston, TX to their adopters (adoption fee includes transport) * Adoption Fee (cat > 1.5 yrs) is $315 and includes all vetting and cost of transport Harrison is a big, handsome Bombay mix with an even bigger personality! With his gorgeous yellow-green eyes, impressive jumping skills, and goofy antics, he’s impossible not to love. He may look like a serious gentleman at first glance, but spend a little time with him and you’ll quickly discover the playful, affectionate, slightly silly cat hiding underneath that handsome exterior. He is a total goofball! Harrison spent the first few years of his life living underneath a local bar alongside several other cats. When the bar closed, Harrison and his friends suddenly had no one to care for or feed them. Thankfully, they were rescued and brought into foster care, where they received the veterinary care they needed and began learning what it means to live the good life indoors. Harrison was a little shy at first, but after spending time getting comfortable living the good life he is ready for a permanent family. He has come such a long way in a few months and has blossomed into an absolute sweetheart! Once Harrison trusts you, he loves a good cheek scratch or butt scratch, and he may even roll over asking for belly rubs. He can get a little carried away when he’s excited and may give an occasional love nip, so he’s still learning some manners when it comes to expressing his affection. Harrison does have a few quirks that we expect will continue to improve with time, patience, love, and the stability of a forever home. He isn’t a fan of being picked up, and he can become nervous when someone looms over him. He does best when given the opportunity to approach people on his own terms, or if he is approached when he’s on a perch (just a little higher up than the floor!) With a little patience and respect for his boundaries, Harrison is a wonderful companion and a perfect little gentleman. And despite his size, Harrison is still a kitten at heart when it comes to playtime! Wand toys are his absolute favorite, and his eyes light up when he sees one. He’s also a big fan of wet food and will happily come investigate whenever the “good stuff” makes an appearance. Churu treats are another very effective way to win his heart. He isn’t an overly chatty guy, but when he’s getting especially good pets, he may reward you with a few adorable little chirps. Harrison’s favorite hobby is sitting at his perch and watching the birds outside the window. His ideal home will have plenty of vertical space, perches, and cozy places where he can climb, observe his surroundings, and feel safe. Harrison’s journey has taken a little longer than some, and that’s okay. He may need several weeks (or even more) to feel comfortable in a new environment. He hasn’t had the easiest start in life, but he is a true ray of sunshine once he knows he’s safe. We know the right person will understand that earning Harrison’s trust is a process, and we promise he is worth every bit of patience. If you’re looking for a goofy, sweet, big-hearted boy who will reward your patience with affection, chirps, playtime, and lots of personality, Harrison may be your guy! 🖤 --- Harrison is approximately 2-3 years old, neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He does a great job of keeping his litterbox tidy.

The adoption application can be found here:
https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat

Harrison is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along these routes.

 --- ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES:

Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and transportation costs. Also, when you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you’re doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee sponsors a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts!

Story
Miss pickles is a playful 3 year old cat originally from Texas, who is looking for her furrever home. She was raised around dogs, farm animals and kids, and has been spayed. She has an adventurous spirit, and loves to be both indoors and outdoors. She is an amazing mouser, loves to sunbathe, and is litter trained. My husband and I recently welcomed our first baby into the world and feel we haven’t had the time or energy to give her the attention she deserves, on top of my husband being allergic to cats.

Story
Mochi is a sweet, independent girl born July 1, 2022. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Before we adopted her through PetSmart, she had lived outdoors as a stray, which is also why she has a small notch on her ear.Since adopting her, we have kept Mochi strictly indoors. Because of her past, she is still very curious about the outdoors and may try to sneak out, so her new family should be mindful of doors and windows or provide a secure catio.Mochi would do best as the only pet in a calm home where she can have her own space. We are rehoming her only because family members have developed allergies, and our priority is finding her a loving, permanent home. She will come with food, toys, supplies, and her Litter-Robot, and I can personally deliver her. I would also love occasional updates during the first 6–12 months. If the adoption ever does not work out, I am willing to take Mochi back so she is never surrendered, abandoned, or passed from home to home.
