🐾 Meet Cica! 🐾 Cica is a handsome 2-year-old Border Collie/Heeler mix with a heart full of love and energy to spare. He first entered Laws4Paws Rescue when he was just 12 weeks old and was adopted at 6 months. Unfortunately, after returning to our rescue, we discovered that city life simply wasn't the right fit for this special boy. Cica is incredibly intelligent, loyal, and eager to please. As a Border Collie/Heeler mix, he thrives on activity and would do best with an active family who has a large fenced yard or acreage where he can run and burn off energy. He would especially love a family familiar with herding breeds and their unique needs. 🐾 Beautiful and highly intelligent 🐾 Loves to please his people 🐾 Great with all dogs 🐾 Good with cats (after a few introductions) 🐾 Gentle with children 🐾 Not a jumper 🐾 Fully vaccinated 🐾 Rabies vaccine current 🐾 Neutered He LOVES to play fetch! A best friend like no other! I am a sweet, contemplative boy! From hiking to staying cozy inside, I’m in, as long as you’re with me. I love to work, be challenged and do tricks, snacks are my favorite part of the day (especially dog-safe peanut butter)! I’m a great listener and love to learn words and make you laugh. I’m an independent boy, but welcome morning cuddles and pets. Tug of war is my favorite game, see if you can beat me! I need a family that is active and goes on adventures. I'd do best in a home with no children, and no cats. General Socialization Notes: I am a bit uncomfortable being approached by new people on leash, in the car, in home, etc. Warming up to new people ( especially men) can be a challenge for me. I need to go at my own pace to feel comfortable. Does Finn like other animals? I like some other dogs, but not cats. But I may do best as an only dog. Does Finn like children? I would prefer a home with no children. Favorite Toys: I love chew bones (big chewer!) (must be very durable.) I also enjoy tug of war toys. Ideal Forever Home: I'd love someone active who goes to new places. I love to explore! I would need someone that has experience with dogs and will respect my space and give me time. A home with no cats and no children would be best. I'd probably prefer no other dogs.

I am full of lots of energy and lots of love! I am a high energy Border Collie who is looking for a home with an active family. I'd love to take lots of adventures. I am very smart and I love being busy. I'd do best in a home without small children and would do best as an only dog. General Socialization Notes: I know all my basic cues and I am a smart boy. I am good with humans but can be a bit jumpy and pushy with affection. I am a herding dog so sometimes my true instincts come out. I am reactive on leash and would need someone who continues to work on that with me. Does Loki like other animals? I have been around other dogs but not recently. I may do best as an only dog to get all the love and attention from my human. I may be able to be around other dogs but only with slow, supervised introductions. Does Loki like children? I love children especially when they throw the ball! But I am a herding dog and I am a bit rambunctious so older children, 12 years old and older, may be best. Favorite Toys: I LOVE fetch! I could play this forever! Ideal Forever Home: I'd love a very active, adventurous family. I would also prefer a yard, no apartments please. I have lots of energy and I need outlets for that energy. I'd prefer to be the only dog and I'd do best in a home with older children. I'm a good boy waiting for his forever home!

This is Onyx. He’s a young Border Collie mix with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He’s incredibly smart, energetic, loyal, and loves being around people. Making the decision to rehome him has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. This isn’t because I don’t love him—it’s because I do. He deserves a home that can give him the time, training, and active lifestyle he needs to truly thrive. My heart is broken, but I know finding him the right family is the most loving thing I can do.

Cheese is my goofy, loving 3-year-old pup who I’ve had since he was a puppy. He has the biggest heart and so much love to give. He loves to play, cuddle, go on walks, meet new people, and make new dog and cat friends. People may describe him as a “Velcro dog” since he will always want to snuggle and be by your side when you’re around but doesn’t show any signs of separation anxiety. He’s very food motivated, knows tricks, completed puppy training, and is crate trained. This is a really difficult decision, but with moving and changes in our family, we’ve realized we can’t give him the time and attention he deserves. He is so loved, and more than anything, we want to find him a loving forever home where he’ll be treated like family.
