Good with dogs, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
We are looking for a new home for Murphy because his owner Mike has died.Murphy is 3year old neutered male dog, is very smart and when left alone for over 10 hours he does get into things.(garbage, cabinets…etc) I’m Mike’s sister Murphy’s current caregiver and a nurse that works 12 hour days and feel Murphy would be happier and safer if we could find a home that someone was around more. Someone who works less than10hours away from home or a big family that has someone around alot. Someone retired who wants a couch companion. Murphy is a little shy at first but when he gets to know you he is a Velcro dog and loves to sit with you on the couch or lay across you feet. He does great walking on a leash but is use to a fenced in yard. He is housebroken but not crate trained. He is a fast learner so I believe he could be trained to a crate easily. He knows sit, stay, shakes hands, down. He does get excited when someone comes home but is learning not to jump on people. He is very treat motivated.
