Story
Ive had Scout since he was 8 weeks old. He will be 5 April 9th 2026. He can be a great dog for a kid free home, active home. Scout has had training with an e-collar. He is very toy motivated. He could play fetch all day if you let him. He is good with children after a certain height. We arent sure why he is afraid of toddlers. Scout knows an array of commands, and is very smart. He just doesn’t get the attention he needs in our home.

Story
Hi, I’m Scout! I’m four years old, and around 45 lbs. I LOVE playing fetch and playing with other dogs. I’m not super fond of kids around the same hight as me but I like playing with kids bigger than me! In 2024 I had a surgery to correct my patellar luxation, but I’m all better now! I would love to go home with someone active who likes being outside and playing fetch. I need to run!

Story
Remi is a neutered either 5 or 6 year old (can not remember year born off the top of my head, either 2020 or 2021). He knows most basic commands (sit, lay, drop it, attention, etc.). His recall is okay but we were working on his listening when excited. He is a really good dog and well behaved. We are rehoming as he bit our one year old daughter. He is resource guarding with small children so he can not go to a home with little kids. He did great with my teenage brothers but to be on the safe side I say no children in the home. We have had him since he was a puppy. He listens really well and loves to learn new tricks. Would love somewhere he could run! He does fine with our cats and has been around other dogs in the past and did fine with them as well. AGAIN HE HAS BITTEN A CHILD THOUGH SO NO HOME WITH CHILDREN.

Story
Meet MEMO, your perfect little Valentine. 💜🌹💞 Memo is a 5-month-old mixed-breed sweetheart with a heart as big as her puppy-dog eyes. She’s at that wonderful age where curiosity, playfulness, and snuggles all come bundled together. Memo loves making new friends (KIDS, HUMANS, DOGS, AND CATS!), learning about the world, and curling up close when the day winds down. Like any young pup, she’s still working on her manners and would thrive with a family ready to guide her with patience, love, and plenty of treats. In return, Memo promises a lifetime of loyalty, laughter, and unconditional love. If your heart has room for a Valentine who will love you every single day of the year, Memo is waiting to meet you! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Michele (mballenger58@gmail.com) for more information about this pet. Online Adoption Application › Please read all details in bio before applying for adoption!Link is our very special pup. He is a blind neuro boy and because of this it will take time and patience for him to adjust. He may act out in fear. He occasionaly has night terrors. He will need to get familiar with his new person's scent and voice to know they are near. We are looking for a special person, preferably who has experience with a blind pup and Is willing to discuss and work with him. Link is very fearful of other animals and would do best in a home with only adult humans and a fenced yard.  He will always be a pup. Link has an amazing personality and is very loving, especially to those who give him belly rubs and food (his two favorite things). He knows his crate is a safe place and gets very comfortable. He loves to run and play in the yard. He will be some work for the right individual who can help him blossom.  Link is medium in size, he has grown more than expected.CARE's adoption process is done by the applicant using their cell at the adoption meeting to access the Shelterluv platform to agree to the adoption contract and pay the $250 adoption fee by credit or debit card. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 1:53 pm

Story
DOG FRIENDLY: selective CAT FRIENDLY: yesKIDDO FRIENDLY: unknownZeus is a recent owner surrender, heres what his family let us know about him,`Zeus is a 4-year-old neutered male (birthday around March I believe)that we have raised since he was a puppy. He is house trained, crate trained, and comfortable being left alone for several hours at a time. He rides well in the car and has no known medical conditions.Zeus is an intelligent, loyal dog who forms strong bonds with his primary people. With us, he was affectionate and enjoyed belly rubs, treats, squeaky toys, and being close to his owners. Once he is able to run and release his energy, he settles down nicely in the home. He has strong herding instincts and a high energy level. Due to our schedule, he did not consistently receive the level of daily exercise and mental stimulation that a herding-type dog requires. We believe he would thrive in a home that can provide structure, routine, and a job — ideally a rural property, farm setting, or an active home with experience handling working breeds.`
