Online Adoption Application › Please read all details in bio before applying for adoption!Link is our very special pup. He is a blind neuro boy and because of this it will take time and patience for him to adjust. He may act out in fear. He occasionaly has night terrors. He will need to get familiar with his new person's scent and voice to know they are near. We are looking for a special person, preferably who has experience with a blind pup and Is willing to discuss and work with him. Link is very fearful of other animals and would do best in a home with only adult humans and a fenced yard.  He will always be a pup. Link has an amazing personality and is very loving, especially to those who give him belly rubs and food (his two favorite things). He knows his crate is a safe place and gets very comfortable. He loves to run and play in the yard. He will be some work for the right individual who can help him blossom.  Link is medium in size, he has grown more than expected.CARE's adoption process is done by the applicant using their cell at the adoption meeting to access the Shelterluv platform to agree to the adoption contract and pay the $250 adoption fee by credit or debit card. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 1:53 pm

Freeze is a young border collie mix around 2 years old and 35lbs. She is happy to coexist with other dogs and seems to be best suited for a laid back dog that’s larger than she is. She would also thrive in a home as a solo companion with her person. Freeze is potty trained, crate trained, and overall a well mannered girl. Shes shy with new people, but does warm up pretty easily once in a comfortable space. She enjoys walks and playing fetch with her person.Freeze is fully vetted and ready to find her new home! Annie is getting used to living inside and she’s doing great! She does well with male dogs her size or bigger. She also do well as an only dog. She is shy with new people until she gets to know them. Annie came to us a bit overweight and is working hard to shed some pounds. She does like to run in the yard but also likes a soft bed.

Story
This is Triton! He is a very energetic and happy dog. We adopted him from IndyHumane in May 2023. Some of his quirky traits are: - ZOOMIES! - Will sing with you - Loves to play! With humans and with other doggies - LOVES Kong toys!! They’re the only indestructible toy we’ve found. Triton is always looking for time outside, and time to play with his people. He’s not much of a cuddler but will love to lay in the bed with you. He gets along great with my senior dog, and my senior cat! He’s great around children (12+ is all I’ve witnessed). He is very weary of Men, it takes him a day or two to get used to men. He is not aggressive by any means, but will bark and growl with food which is something new we’ve been noticing. He is a big puller on a leash, which is something we struggled to keep up with. Overall he is a very sweet and fun dog, we are looking for someone that can play fetch with him, give him time outside and can help attend to his behavioral needs.
