Hello, my name is Terry. I am nine years old. Well that’s what my doctor said. I am looking for a new home. I came from California because I was being neglected—left without food and stuck in a cramped spot the owners bought me to Indiana is looking for a better place for me because I have a lot of energy I like playing outside and right know I live in a small apartment. I love playing catching ball but my owner work 12 hour shift and she’s about to get another Job I need someone that could take me for walk and make new friends and a big back yard. Thank you❤️

Meet Rhett a 4 1/2 year old border collie mix. He was in a home where they very much loved him. He was absolutely spoiled and cared for. Unfortunately Rhett had a few behaviors that the owners tried to correct but were unable too so they brought him in, in hopes to find a home that will suit him a little better. Rhett lived with cats and was great with them. On his walks his owner stated he does act interested in chasing stray cats though. He also lived with 2 other dogs where he enjoyed zooming around the backyard with. He just didn't want to share his food and needs to be feed separate from other dogs. Rhett in typical border collie fashion will show you how fast he can run if he gets loose. We are sure he is quick but luckily he is microchipped so he can be returned home if you cant keep up! Great news, Rhett is also crate trained! He is use to sleeping in his crate at night but if left out is still well behaved in the home. He likes to even go in his crate for some relaxation time on his own and enjoys being in there to catch some quick zzz's. While Rhett enjoys sleeping on the couch we would recommend that he not be aloud on the couch in his new home because unfortunately he resource guards it and will nip if you tell him to get down, so sits just best to avoid letting him on furniture. But a nice dog bed on the floor would be just fine! Already fixed, up to date on shots, and microchipped this boy is ready for his new home! Gypsy is friendly with people and good with dogs & cats. She walks well on a leash and travels well in a car. She does great in ther kennel and is potty trained. She loves to cuddle and gives the best hugs. Gypsy is very loving and playful, well behaved and loves toys. She especially loves to unstuff them. She would love to catch a ball but hasn't learned to bring it back all the time.   If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting this baby, please fill out an application. Luke is basically a rom-com lead in dog form. Handsome? Unfortunately, yes. Beautiful eyes? Extremely. Little white socks? Fully committed to the bit. He looks like the guy who’d jog by in a movie montage and somehow still have perfect hair, except Luke’s version is sprinting after a tennis ball like it personally offended him. 😌🎾 At about 1 year old, Luke is young, fun, and operating at a strong “let’s make today more exciting than it needs to be” energy level. He loves fetch, loves to run, loves to play, and would happily like that noted in the official record. He’s also great in the car, loves a good bone, and knows “sit,” which means he does have some management potential beneath all that chaos and good looks. Luke was found as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past, but his current personality is pretty clear: he’s social, happy, affectionate, and very easy to like. He does great with people, enjoys other dogs, and has the kind of charm that makes you forgive him for acting like every thrown toy is the championship round.
