Story
Ive had Scout since he was 8 weeks old. He will be 5 April 9th 2026. He can be a great dog for a kid free home, active home. Scout has had training with an e-collar. He is very toy motivated. He could play fetch all day if you let him. He is good with children after a certain height. We arent sure why he is afraid of toddlers. Scout knows an array of commands, and is very smart. He just doesn’t get the attention he needs in our home.

Story
Hi, I’m Scout! I’m four years old, and around 45 lbs. I LOVE playing fetch and playing with other dogs. I’m not super fond of kids around the same hight as me but I like playing with kids bigger than me! In 2024 I had a surgery to correct my patellar luxation, but I’m all better now! I would love to go home with someone active who likes being outside and playing fetch. I need to run!

Story
Remi is a neutered either 5 or 6 year old (can not remember year born off the top of my head, either 2020 or 2021). He knows most basic commands (sit, lay, drop it, attention, etc.). His recall is okay but we were working on his listening when excited. He is a really good dog and well behaved. We are rehoming as he bit our one year old daughter. He is resource guarding with small children so he can not go to a home with little kids. He did great with my teenage brothers but to be on the safe side I say no children in the home. We have had him since he was a puppy. He listens really well and loves to learn new tricks. Would love somewhere he could run! He does fine with our cats and has been around other dogs in the past and did fine with them as well. AGAIN HE HAS BITTEN A CHILD THOUGH SO NO HOME WITH CHILDREN.

Story
Hudson came to us last October after an adopter failed to show at the end of a transport. After living for years in a home with domestic abuse, he needed time to decompress and rebuild trust. With patience and structure, Hudson has made wonderful progress and continues to gain confidence. Hudson is very dog friendly and lives comfortably with our pack. A home with another stable dog would be ideal for him. He has not been tested with cats. Hudson will do best in a quiet adult home with no children and a predictable routine. Because he is a Blue Heeler, experience with heelers or other herding breeds is required. He is a loyal, intelligent dog who will thrive with the right person and environment. • 8 yr old male Blue Heeler • Dog friendly • No kids • Not cat tested • Herding breed experience required

Story
Meet Buck! Buck is a 60lb, 8-year-old, Australian Shepherd who found his way to the shelter through no fault of his own, and he’s ready to start his next chapter with a loving family. This handsome boy still has plenty of pep in his step and a medium-to-high energy level, so he enjoys playtime, walks, and chances to stretch his legs.According to his previous owner, Buck is house trained and has experience living in a home. He does well with young to middle-aged children and has a friendly, social personality with other dogs—he’s the type who will happily invite other pups to play when he meets them.Buck can get a little worried when left alone for long periods and may experience some separation anxiety, so he’d do best with a family that can give him plenty of companionship and reassurance. He’s also not a fan of storms, and like many dogs, appreciates a safe, cozy place to relax when the weather gets loud.Overall, Buck is a loving, playful companion who just needs a second chance. With patience, attention, and a warm home, he’s sure to be a loyal best friend for years to come.We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only.
