Hela was the only of her litter that was born and raised outside to have survive. She was taken in by The Ironwood Homestead and Sanctuary where she got a lot of exposure to other animals and gave birth to a litter of wonderful baby boys. She loves trying to herd the chickens and has a knack at finding old bones to chew on. She loves exploring outside and would do well with someone that also spends lots of time outside. She is great with other dogs, cats, goats, birds (chickens and larger). She knows a few tricks like sit, stay, up, spin, and paw but can be too excited or stubborn at times. She is VERY food motivated and loves to run around.

🐾 Meet Otis! 🐾Otis is a 5-year-old Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix with a big personality and an even bigger brain! 💙 This handsome boy came to the shelter as a stray and, sadly, was never reclaimed.Otis is extremely smart and already knows his Sit and Down commands! He has a playful personality and seems to really enjoy squeaky tennis balls—one of his favorite ways to have some fun! 🎾He seems to do well with other dogs, although he has only been kenneled with one other dog here at the shelter. Because of that, we recommend bringing your dog in for a meet-and-greet before adoption. 🐶We aren't sure how Otis would do with cats. We think his playful personality may also make him a great companion for children.If you're looking for a smart, playful boy who is ready for a second chance, Otis could be your guy! ❤️💰 Adoption Fee: $50 + tax❤️ Heartworm testing is available upon adoption if desired.Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. Hello my name is Maggie. I am a senior Border Collie / Labrador Mix. Although I am over 10 years old, I have a lot of puppy / fun in me. My previous owner got too old to take care of me and had to go to a nursing home where I cannot stay. I am as sweet as can be. I whimper when you pet me and love attention. I am a cuddle dog that is fully House and Crate Trained. I do not bark. I am an indoor dog. I get along well with other dogs and won't give you any trouble. Please adopt me. All my shots are up to date and I come with 4 months of flea / tick / heartworm medications. I come with a large crate that you can put in the house and simply say "crate" and I will go into it. I pee on command Outside in the grass so you don't have to wait a long time for me 'to go". I am NOT a picky eater and will eat what you give me . I am a Good Girl ready for adoption.

These little cuties are Hela's Puppies. Their mom being a border Collie/ Lab mix and dad is a Texas Heeler. Mom is also up for adoption. They are all very loving and playful, very adventurous like their parents. Abaddon is just like Hela, very independent but affectionate. Grim is a pup of duality he is zipping around the yard one moment and wants cuddles the next. They are all already eating solids and are being to be house trained.
