He takes his “security patrol” duties seriously, then happily retires to relax and enjoy his day.Hawkeye is house trained on a schedule of about 6–7 hours and currently benefits from a midday let-out to comfortably do his business. He requires a fenced yard, as this is where he prefers to potty and spend time exploring at his own pace.He does well on a leash and is continuing to improve with short morning or evening walks, which also help manage his arthritis. "She ran calling "WILD.....FIRE"!! That is a haunting song.... I promise, though..I am not a HAUNTER!! But I may love to run around and around and AROUND :) I am a puppy! I am so sweet and cuddly, when i finish running around ;) I have plenty of energy so you HAVE to be ready to burn it off with mental and physical exercise. I am SMART too!
