Story
Meet Zeus – 90% Ears, 10% Dog, 100% ZoomiZeus is a 1-year-old male Border Collie mix whose ears arrive in the room before the rest of him. Seriously—those things have their own zip code. Along with the ears comes a whole lot of energy, enthusiasm, and playful chaos in the very best way. This guy lives for balls, toys, and zoomies, and he’s always ready to turn any yard into his personal racetrack. Zeus is smart and eager to please, knowing sit, down, stay, and come, and he’s gentle taking treats (even when he’s excited). He’s friendly, affectionate, and loves being part of the action. With other dogs, Zeus can be a bit forward, so a meet and greet is recommended to make sure everyone’s vibes line up. His previous owner reported that he is crate trained, rides well in the car, and may pull some on leash—nothing unexpected for a young, energetic herding mix who’s ready to learn. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, big-eared sidekick who will keep you laughing, moving, and never missing a sound, Zeus is ready to sprint straight into your heart.

Meet Chica B!Personality: Zoomy Love NuggetLikes: Zooming, Snacks, Turning your lap into her home baseChica B is an outgoing, lively little superstar who’s always ready for her next adventure. In the play yard, she absolutely thrives—sniffing every interesting smell, running enthusiastic laps, and proudly showing off her natural athleticism. She’s the kind of dog who enjoys a good daily dose of exercise, whether it’s a romp in the yard or a brisk walk to stretch those speedy legs. But don’t be fooled by her zoomies—once she gets her energy out, Chica B becomes a full-on cuddle bug. Her favorite cool-down routine? Crawling right into your lap like she’s 10 pounds lighter and made entirely of love. She already knows sit, is super motivated by treats, and seems genuinely curious about other dogs. Above all, she’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and ready to bond hard with her person.Take Chica B home and enjoy the perfect mix of lively fun and heart-melting cuddles!

Story
Maggie is a 9-month-old border collie mix. She is a sweet puppy—very smart and easily trainable. Maggie is both crate-trained and house-trained. She has mastered the "sit" command and is currently working on "stay" and "come." She walks on a leash, although she still exhibits some typical puppy behaviors, such as pulling and occasionally tugging on the leash. Maggie enjoys playing fetch with a tennis ball and loves to chase after a soft Frisbee. She has undergone a complete veterinary check-up, is fully vaccinated, and is on heartworm prevention medication. However, she does not seem to get along with cats, which is the reason for her rehoming. Although she has had limited interactions with other dogs, her few encounters have gone well after a bit of barking and playful behavior. If you're interested in meeting Maggie, come to our adoption event on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11am-2pm, located at 6300 San Mateo NE in the south Sprouts parking lot. Alternatively, we can arrange a Private Meet-and-Greet with the foster parent and your household with a completed application. Complete an easy, no-obligation online application and take the first step towards welcoming Maggie into your home by clicking on this link https://form.jotform.com/222028369049155 The $250 adoption fee covers all vaccines, spay, microchip, and heartworm/tick-borne illness testing.
