Story
Lily is a sweet and snugly dog. Adopted from the streets of Texas she is a 7 year old mix breed that loves attention and snuggles. She takes a little while to warm up to other dogs and would be ok with older children but with three young children she is out numbered. Hoping to find a home for this sweet girl for someone looking for a companion. She truly is a sweet dog and just needs more TLC than we can provide. She has had seizures in the passed (appear anxiety induced) but has not had one for over two years.

Story
Kenzie is a beautiful young, 2 year old example of a stunning Border Collie that is in need of the right home that understands her specialness as a breed. This girl is only 40 pounds and still very much a puppy in her body and soul.  She loves to play in water, like a plastic kiddie pool that is easy to have in the backyard and she is always absorbing new things to learn.  This 40 pound girl is great with other dogs, cats (lived in one) and she is still in her herding mode and young children would not be recommended.  Kenzie is housebroken, crate trained and is needing a strong leader and family that loves who she is as a breed and willing to take the time to shape and mold her.  She is a stunning dog in manners and personality.   We love Kenzie and she promises to be more than you could ever want in life as a family companion.  Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 9, 2024, 2:12 pm

Good with dogs,
Story
Friendly Finn is a lucky dog.  You know one of those who was in a really bad shelter that was run by lazy people who didn’t care if any of the dogs got out alive.  He is a handsome and very friendly Border Collie/Pointer mix that is truly a good looking dog who is about 3 years old, fully vetted, 35 pounds and was at the shelter for 2 years.  TRUTH!   How awful that this beautiful soul was there in that dirty place and in the tiny kennel run with another dog. He wasn’t fed much and he is lucky to have survived the torture of that specific shelter.   Friendly is a good word for Finn since he is good with other dogs and kids unknown.  He is surprisingly very good on a leash, but his nerves can get the best of him when riding in a car.  He might need a little medication till he gets used to riding.  Finn needs a big yard or maybe daily trips to a dog park.  We want him to live a life that is not limited as he has experienced these past 2+ years in the shelter.  If you are interested in Fostering or Adopting Finn please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.May 9, 2024, 2:12 pm

Story
This animal is NOT available through Brother Wolf Animal Rescue. This is a courtesy listing only, so you will need to contact the current owner for more information or to adopt. PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER: text: (954) 401-8785or email: drpizano@teamshelterusa.com Rocket is a spectacular Border Collie who is highly obedience trained, sweet and loving! In the short week and a half I've had him, I can confirm he is great with other dogs, non-reactive to cats and ducks, likes goats, is an excellent hotel guest, good with kids and loves the car. He also visited a nursing home and was truly amazing with all the residents in wheelchairs and walkers. Like all Border Collies, he treats retrieving his tennis ball as if it was his job, but he can also relax with the best of them! Rocket's adoption includes a year supply of Nexguard plus, a brand-new crate, bed, leash/collar, up to date on all vaccines/heartworm, bloodwork and x-rays (just done to screen for any issues).

Story
Winston is a big lover, he thinks he is a lap dog. Loves to play ball and any game you want. He is super sweet but is a little fearful so it takes him a small amount of time to warm up and he is your best friend. I think he needs someone that can work with him and let him know everything is safe. Again he is super sweet and doesn't have a mean bone his body. He loves to give kisses. Winston loves to go on any adventure or long walk. He is super smart and is eager to please and learns commands very fast. He would be a great agility dog.
