Jethro is a 1 year old 54 lb. neutered male Border Collie mix! Very sweet somewhat submissive dog that came from a hoarder/Breeder home and Dog warden took all dogs to shelter in SC. We were asked to save Jethro and his mom! And we had to! They are both now fixed and fully vaccinated and microchipped! He is a sweet dog! We have to cat test him soon to see how he does with cats! We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans with adoption fee waived in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs . Meet Addy, a bright and playful 2-month-old Border Collie mix ready to learn and grow with her new family. Currently weighing 11 pounds and full of cheerful energy, she loves people and enjoys entertaining herself with all kinds of toys. Addy is working on mastering her basics like house and crate training and is being introduced to walking on a leash.She does well with other dogs and shows a curious interest in cats, though a proper introduction is still needed. An apartment would be suitable for her, provided she receives plenty of outdoor time for play and learning. A quick study, she is already responding to simple commands. True to her puppy spirit, Addy can be squirmy and isn’t quite a lap dog yet, but she calms when held close. She is making wonderful progress and seeks a patient, active home for her adventures.Addy is located in Houston, TX. Transport to most states is available for an additional fee of $300.

A Female Border Collie Mix, 1 year old weighing 37#. Found as a stray in WV, I'm now safe in a foster home with big/little buddy dogs and room to run. Smart as a whip, I move fast,  want to please, take correction seriously, have great recall and already a Velcro-Dog to mom. I Loved Loved, LOVED my bubble bath,  the rub down felt sooooooo gooooood toooo! Of course,  Zoomies throughout the house followed. 'Watch out all, here comes Silly Bella!' Zoooooooooooooooooooooooooooom!My silky/soft black/white coat is highlighted by brown ticking over my lower body! Oh, what a looker I am! Being VERY treat motivate, learning will be no issue. After some exercise, I'm ready for a good nap at your feet. Still a puppy at heart, I admit to being doppy, excited about life and wanting to explore.
