Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Update 3.8.2014 Buddy is now 2 years old and will be a work in progress. Buddy needs an experienced dog person, he cn not be allowed off leash EVER, he needs someone willing to get him out ofhis shell.  Posted 1/14/13 Buddy was in a very bad situation, born in a barn and not socialized or fed on a regualar basis.  He is very shy and with a little work can become a wonderful companion,.  He is about 10 months old and weighs 38lbs so he will be a meduim sized dog.  He is slowly getting used to being in a house since it is all foreign to him.  He is much more comfortable outside and PLAYS like a champ! This dog does need a fenced yard!!   His adoption fee is $200, BUT remember he needs a little work to be your BEST BUDDY!!  All the dogs are Spayed or Neutered, Heartworm/Lyme tested, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and overall Vet checked. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee along with an adoption kit . Application REQUIRED. We take the applications in the order that we receive them. Adoption fee required. If interested contact Denise @ (717) 469-7325. Story
Stevie is a gorgeous border collie mix that is ready to find her forever family!🐾 This stunning pup is the partner in crime of Mama Lanie, and was rescued from under a trailer with her and her puppies. No one knows where Stevie and Lani came from, except that they were hungry abandoned lovable dogs when they were rescued in rural northern Alabama. She is also around 1 year old and 60lbs full grown! 🐶 Stevie is friendly, smart, high energy and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She and Lani play well together and are the best of friends, but do not have to be adopted together. Because of her energy level she would be happiest with a playmate, and a big secure backyard. This girl can put in some serious miles of play!🎾 Due to her life on the streets, Stevie is a little “rough around the edges,” and is still learning her manners. Despite this, she is a love bug and her sweetness helps us forgive her lack of “manners.” She is a border collie and has the drive and energy of one, so we think she would love an established family that loves to adventure!🏕 Stevie’s ideal family would be one that can match her exuberance for life. She has so much stamina that if she were a person she would be a triathlete! She is working on her potty and leash training and learning quickly. If you want an athletic, fun loving girl for life, Stevie is the one for you! Story
🐾WALLACE🖤 Wallace is a loving, handsome, 1.5 year old border Collie/husky mix. He is amazing with other dogs & lives with a bunch of them! He does well with cats as long as a clear expectation is made of how he should behave. 🐱 Wallace is house trained and kennel trained, and he walks/runs well on leash! He would do well with older children as long as they are familiar with the breed & ok with potentially being herded. 🐶 This sweet boy thrives with consistency. He has a hard time adapting to change but has gotten better and will continue to improve with the right amount of training. Wallace can get very excited and just needs someone calm and consistent in these times to help him be the best boy!🖤 Is Wallace the pup you’ve been looking for? Story
🫶🏼UPDATE: beau is now thriving in a foster home with his five fur siblings and his foster parents. Beau is beyond happy to finally be in a home and is the best boy. He loves to play with his foster siblings and follow his parents around the house. 🫶🏼 Meet Beau, a special pup with an extraordinary story. Beau started his life as part of an accidental litter, born because his mom wasn’t spayed. Despite his rough beginning, Beau’s resilience shines through. Beau came into rescue a bit older than the cute, roly-poly puppies, so he didn’t get as much attention from adopters. He spent several months in a kennel through no fault of his own. He had a foster who loved him, but life’s demands meant he didn’t get all the attention and outlets he needed. We invested in a board and train program for Beau, where he learned valuable manners and skills hoping it would make him more desirable for a potential foster or adopter. But once his training was over, we had no foster for him, so he ended up back in boarding, where he got along great with other dogs, but was a little too enthusiastic about food around his furiends. He now lives in a foster home with 5 other dogs , but Beau is now craving the love and attention of a forever home. Beau is people-oriented, food, and treat motivated, and an ideal adventure buddy. He gets along with everyone but does need clear structure and boundaries for his higher energy level. Beau is strong-willed and would thrive with an owner who can provide him with the attention, love, and structure he needs to be a fantastic family dog. He’s already house-trained and knows how to use a doggie door. He sleeps great in his crate overnight and has never had an accident. He knows how to sit and is working on his manners and leash walking and improving fast! PINTO IS IN A FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO PA ONCE ADOPTED. Meet Pinto! Pinto is really affectionate and a smart pup. He has an wonderful personality and temperament. Pinto is a genius pup! Pinto is a very social and loving pup. He is house trained, crate trained, and leashes trained. He does great with a routine, but honestly, Pinto can just go with the flow. He is an easy puppy and would do great in a family or solo owner —if you’re home all day or if you work all day, he really just wants someone to love on and really really loves to play fetch. He loves toys and balls and will tire himself out just fetching toys across the living room. He’s my lovely little bean! His adoption fee of $550 includes the transport to PA.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Pinto up north to his new family. If you have any questions, please email us at: newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com You can apply to adopt Pinto here: www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PETVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 15, 2024, 2:30 pm
