Story
I got Buddy about 6 years ago. A friend of mine found him in the road and I took him. He’s been a wonderful companion but I can no longer give him the care he deserves. Work keeps me away from home for most of the day while he’s alone as well as other obligations that keep me out of the house. I don’t know his age but I believe he’s 7-10 now based on the white in his fur. He still has plenty of puppy play left in him despite his age but is also happy to lay around and be lazy with you. He does not play well with any other kind of animal but is perfectly fine with strangers and children.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Felicia & sister Rayla were saved from a high kill shelter as puppies on NOVEMBER 9, 2024 and have been in foster ever since. There has been zero interest in these wonderful girls, who now have been in foster the majority of their young lives. When Felicia first came to us, she was scared of people but has come out of her shell so much thanks to her patient and persistent foster. Now she is curious, friendly, confident and does very well at Petco adoption events! She & Rayla are a joy to watch zooming around the yard, being goofy and wearing each other out. Inside they play together until tired, then will curl up and take a nap. Rayla and Felicia are looking for their forever home! They have been together in foster for so long at this point, we really think they would be best going to a home together, they seem happily bonded. If you have space for 2.. they will bring the entertainment and cuddles! Some pictures make them look large but both are small/medium size adult dogs 30-35 lbs., crate trained, house trained and spayed.  Link to her sister Rayla's page: https://lastchancepetrescueinc.rescuegroups.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=21068147   Please contact us with any questions! Felicia and Rayla are located in Dickson, TN If you are interested in meeting / adopting please complete an application at the link below: https://LastChancePetRescueInc.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=7215  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 13, 2026, 8:47 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Rayla & sister Felicia were saved from a high kill shelter as puppies on NOVEMBER 9, 2024 and have been in foster ever since. There has been zero interest in these wonderful girls, who now have been in foster the majority of their young lives. Like a lot of us.. public places are stressful and anxiety-inducing for Rayla. She doesn't show well (or at all if she's hiding under a chair) at adoption events and she can be timid and fearful with men. However, once she's back in her comfort zone her real personality comes out and she is a completely different dog. If you had a chandelier and she could reach it.. she'd be swinging from it!  Ok, that's an exaggeration, but she does make sure to show you how much she appreciates you by full body wags, and presenting you with her belly to rub, you're welcome. She's one of those dogs that just has a happy & upbeat vibe with a full body wiggle. See that adoring look.. that's all for you.  <3 Aside from public events, not much seems to dull this girl's spark. Rayla has an old injury that according to the vets likely happened when she was a puppy. Unfortunately it has healed in the wrong position and in order to 'fix' it, she would have to have an invasive surgery or full amputation that could be more traumatic than necessary. While it looks a little awkward, she doesn't seem to be in any pain. She still uses the leg for stabilization when running and playing with her sister, but doesn't rely on it. Rayla and Felicia are looking for their forever home! They have been together in foster for so long and they play so well together, we really think they would be best going to a home together.  they seem to be happily bonded. Story
Tricolor male Australian Shepherd. Smokey is 13 months old and was recently neutered. I have all his paperwork since birth. He is a very sweet, social, and playful dog. He does not have a mean or aggressive bone in his body and has been very sweet to my two young daughters. But he is very high energy and needs attention and social interaction, and I unfortunately cannot give him the space and time he needs right now. I want to make sure he finds a loving home.

Story
Meet Sasha girl! Her heterochromia is only one of her great features! She is a wonderful 40lb snuggler and an expert nap taker. She definitely enjoys a more leisurely pace in life and likes to take her daily activities slowly. She has done good with cats and dogs. She’s currently in a foster home with both! She can be in a home with children; however, they need to be respectful of Sasha and treat her like family member, not a toy. She is around 10 years old and deserves to live out her golden years in a calm, safe, and loving home. Sasha’s ideal home would be one with minimal stairs so as to compliment her arthritis needs. She does take joint supplements currently and will need to continue to do so. She will need the occasional “doggie aspirin” as well to aid her aging joints. That being said, she does like walks! She does well on a leash and would prefer a stroll to a hike. She enjoys laying in the grass and soaking up the sun. She’s very good at sniffing out the perfect snooze spot and calling it a day. Her foster mom considers her potty trained and house trained. She is familiar with a kennel, but we wouldn’t say its her preferred spot. She does like to sleep alongside or near her person/people, so you will always have a mobile pillow! It has been noted that she sleeps through the night when close to her human! Sasha has a very gentle demeanor and can spend most of her time relaxing. But she does get little spurts of energy and becomes playful! Even though she is a senior, she wants to stay young, so she also enjoys challenging and enriching her brain with games, puzzles, and toys. Does Sasha sound like your kind of gal? Want to meet her? Fill out an application today and start living your life with a best FURend at your side! new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SDSR/Dog
